We have our Account with DCI for a number of years and it suits our delivery team to have DCI cards plus we have access to all Invoices etc., making it efficient and accurate for our Accounts Dept., to reconcile.

I wanted to increase my credit limit ever so slightly. I have been with Uk fuel nearly 15 years. This lady had my back by challenging the credit department to increase the limit by one thousand. Still waiting for a reply, but she will contact me as soon as she hears anything. I was very impressed by her services, her Jovel attitude her politeness, she was easy to talk to and I was happy that she picked up the phone to serve me. Would give her a 10 out of 10.

Absolute criminals virtually doubled my tracker costs without telling me..now they want a cancellation fee of almost £360.00 been with them almost 5-6 years…communication is terrible i’ve spent 3 weeks chasing account manager Madi she never returns calls or reply’s to any emails i’ve called numerous times and spoke to different people to just be fed a load of bullshit.
Trading standards is my next step.
Avoid at all costs these should be on rip off britain.
