Terrible Company. Avoid.
They failed to take my direct debit payment and sent me a text saying my direct debit had failed. It was their error and not a problem with my bank. I paid them immediately via bank transfer. They then took the balance from my account a day later and refunded my original payment. They then added a £60 fee to my account. They don't respond to emails or support requests. The agents on the phone are useless and incompetent. They are a terrible company to deal with. Avoid!!

Customer Service Skills - ZERO. And do they even care!!
A one star!! If it was possible to give them a negative five stars, I would.
In summary having used my card and on its expiry another one was not issued - by the way my direct debit was active and so the new card should have been issued - but a new card was not and neither did they have the curtesy of informing me that they were not going to issue another card.
Speaking to their customer services they informed me that there is no minimum number to times per year that the card must be used to prevent a new card not being issued. And it had been used in 2025.
Their customer services informed me that they would phone me within 48 hours. Well, that did not happen.
Their communication skills are very much zero and they don’t appear to give a hoot about their customers.
When they promise to call within a certain timeframe take it with a pinch of salt as you have more chance of seeing the cow jump over the moon that this company’s customer services department carrying out their duties.

It’s absolutely disgusting how they treat their customers. It’s all about money-grabbing, and their staff members are liars. To top it off, their so-called manager, Mark, who was initially absent from work according to his previous colleague, called me back with the most diabolical attitude I’ve ever encountered. My direct debit was missed because of issues with my banking, but he didn’t want to hear my side. I’ve had a fuel account since 2020 and never missed a payment. Cut a long story short, they decided to add £60 and £80 payments to my invoices after I had already cleared the balance, without any notification. Avoid this company at all costs. Goes to show no loyalty or consideration to a long standing customer. Maybe if they just heard my side I wouldn’t have left a review but very disappointed!

Absolute scammers they doubled our monthly fee for tracker saying it was a 3 year contract and it was up so it doubled but they never notified us if an increase which by law they have to.
Also when we rang to cancel they said there’s a 3 month rollover so we have to pay 3 more months after cancelling even though we are out of contract they then said there’s is a charge of €45 if we don’t return the tracking device which they will obviously throw in the bin when returned but they are just making it awkward for us.

I fell for this one!
Worse company for keeping to their promises. They must employ the best sales people in the world, they lure you in with BS, 'we cant be beaten on price'. They claim to be the main share holders of UK fuels, and as such will never be beaten on price. For the last 6 weeks, out other fuel card provider have been quite a bit cheaper, and they dont seem interested at all as to why we are not using their cards. Maybe they look after the big hitters, but they are definitely not interested in our business.

been with some years prices not great but now they have added a 1% charge on litres so i get 4p off ate the pump then they add 1% on what i have so now i get 3p , to top it all i did agree with them and they agreed to drop it to 0.5% well that happened once and for the last 3 weeks its back toy 1%, have rang them ever week to sort and they say its done but ever week its still the same , well thats the last time as gone to some else and i am geting 8p off , so radius stick your cards where the sun dont shine

Terrible experience – hidden charges everywhere
Radius constantly hit me with unsolicited charges. Their service is pathetic, with extremely poor communication, and they even charge you for calling them after begging you to come back. I’ve never encountered a company with so many hidden fees that magically appear. I deeply regret doing business with them and not reading Trustpilot reviews before signing up. Unfortunately, can't go lower than 1 star

Terrible customer service and dishonest chasing closure
The sales person who created my account was very rude and did not listen to me.
He was dishonest and just interested in pushing the account through.
He registered the account to my personal address which was made crystal clear was not permitted or to go ahead, he hung up the phone and proceeded to finalise in my absence.
Looking through my emails I believe it was Andrew Powell who dealt with it.
He knew he did wrong as he never sent the review link like he said he would.
Update i received a call so you managed to find my account fine.

Such a scam this company 😡 what a shame that I didn’t go through the reviews before use this company’s service. It’s for sure this company give you hard time .. never use this company if you needs a stress free, relaxing life. I have made the payment but still chasing for the unsolicited fees/Charges imposed on. I have clearly stated poor service and do not want to use their service but they didn’t care and kept adding their fees on my account. I strongly suggest “”” Do not buy any products from this Company “” this company is a scam. Never recommend and if there is no option to Zero star, would have done it.

When got card a few months ago prices were a couple of pence less than garages now they are at least 6 pence higher than supermarket fuel stations.Dont bother getting one .

Shame I can't give 0 stars, I've been lied to and told incorrect information then when questioned why I've been told incorrect information no one wants to reply but you still want to take the money without anyone confused what is the right price as i have emails stating 3 different amounts from different people and invoice. I'm now taking this legal and to trading standards as i will not pay something I've been told faulsey about. I have a paper trail of it all and I'm guessing niamh conlon knows she messed up my telling me incorrect information as she doesn't seem to reply anymore when questioned why she did this. I have all the evidence to all of this. My bank have blocked all future payments now as they have seen the emails and agreed something isn't right. Niamh said the company's been running 35years well you would think their customer service would be better then unfortunately it's not and you would hope a business running that long would know information well enough to not have multiple staff tell someone difficult things. I would avoid them at all cost unless you want to be lied to.

UK Fuels Ltd is a scam company that is misusing its legal department against ordinary people. They hide their VAT deduction policy, and there is practically no difference between their rates and normal pump rates only around 2p, which they don’t tell customers at the start. Their helpline service is extremely poor, and they keep adding interest while ignoring customer emails. The UK government should take action against them because individual UK citizens cannot fight back alone when these companies misuse their legal departments in this way. Very bad experience with them.

Awful customer service and the fuel…
Awful customer service and the fuel card isn’t worth it. They say that diesel is 112pl but actually when you fill up it’s like £5 cheaper than usual after VAT is added. Also was tricked by one of their staff members - Jake Stewart - as when I signed up I was told by him that I would receive £25 Amazon voucher for each friend I refer. Jake disappeared on me for months despite several emails and phone calls and when I raised a formal complaint they have taken over a month and still not managed to resolve it. Biggest scam don’t bother.
