Great service and product
We ordered 2x 4-person meeting booths for our education centres from Radius Office. The units are custom made based on the selection of fabrics, models and features requested. We were given realistic timescales of when the items would be ready and delivered (which we then had to push back for a couple of months due to our space not being available) and the sales team (we had Richard) kept in touch all the way along. They are also flexible with their payment options.
When the day of delivery came I was impressed by the excellent customer service, efficiency and friendliness of the delivery team, there were 6 of them, which meant they were able to quickly bring the sections in and construct the booth within an hour, including giving us the rundown of features.
The units themselves are a good quality, you can really hear the acoustic dampening effect if you sit back on the sofa in the booth. I have received a lot of positive comments from visitors and staff on the design, size, shape and potential usefulness of the booths.
So, if you need some business furniture, I recommend contacting Radius Office. If you don't need any, why are you reading this review?
