Good product, terrible service
Ordered a kit from Radonova without issue. However when it came to returning it, i had a very different experience. No information on the website or customer portal on where to ship the detectors to, company refuses to respond to email, wont answer the phone and wont return voice messages. Terrible experience.
Update Jan 2025: Following this review, Radonova reached out to me to apologise and immediately sent me out the details that I had been requesting. I have therefore updated my star rating to reflect this response, and I hope that in future the customer service will improve so that it is not so difficult to get in contact with Radonova.

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. We appreciate your feedback and will look at also adding the return information to our website and portal. The information was on the paperwork that came along with the measurement but should have been easy to find in other places, completely agree. We've ironically been training up a new team to support Ireland this week and it's clear we've failed at the first hurdle. Important lesson learnt!
