Radonova Laboratory Test Experience
The radon test instructions were clearly explained. The test results were quickly submitted by the USPS, as instructed, to be tested, by the Radonova Laboratory. We received the results within the same day that the test kit was received by the Radonova Laboratory. I recommend RADONOVA for future radon testing, by those who are concerned about their residence safety and wellbeing.

The Radonova Monitor Is Essential
The Radonova monitor has been essential in helping my wife and me determine if we needed radon mitigation. Subsequently, we installed a radon exhaust system and a 24/7, whole-house filtration system. Between the two, our previous radon levels (4.1 to 6.8 picocuries) have been reduced significantly (.9 to 2.6 pico curies). Also, without Radanova continuing to monitor levels, day after day, we wouldn't have known which system was working or by how much. Radonova helped guide us to the best air quality possible for our home.

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service , even in denial 😂 we confronted them that the detector was outside and numbers are incorrect on what they told that gas sipped in from inside to outside 😂 what a joke! we will be researching other solutions.

Dear Customer,
All 3 of your detectors have been exposed to quite a lot of radon gas. It's to bad that you don't trust the results. The only reason they can have been exposed wrongly is if the vacuum sealed package was damaged or open before the measurement started, and that they was stored in a location with a lot of radon.
