They figured it out when Radon remained high. They did not send my refund for over payment. They were very professional when in my home.

I really like Radonova. I used their long term test to quantify what the radon level was in my new home. I tested over a six-month period covering cold and warm seasons. The test determined I had a level that the exceeded the trigger point where EPA strongly suggests taking action. I had my home’s passive system upgraded to an active system, then utilized Radonova’s short term test to recheck. The level was significantly reduced to a safe level. I will follow up with a second Radonova long term text during the same date range as my original text to have a perfect comparison.

The instructions were clear and the test was easy to perform. I received my results in a timely manner.

The times I entered for the start and end of the test were entered incorrectly on their end. This invalidated our test and we only got an error for our results. I reached out almost two weeks ago but still haven't heard back.

Edit: After leaving this review, Radonova has since fixed the issue.

Fast result: I mailed the test kit on Friday and on the following Tuesday, they emailed the results. The instructions are easy to follow.

Set up instructions for the detectors were very easy. The detectors came with a detailed information sheet, so it was easy to place the detectors in the right places for accurate measurement.
And directions for returning the detectors was also very simple.
I got the report in a very timely fashion, approximately two weeks after I mailed my detectors in.

My mitigation contractor gave me a free Radonova test kit to evaluate the effectiveness of the contractor's work. The instructions were very easy to follow. Radonova sent its report the same day that it received my test kit by FedEx. Fortunately, the mitigation work had lowered my radon levels from more than 19 to just over 2!
