Asked a couple of questions and customer service responded. Ordered the stone sealer and it was shipped within a day or two.

My experience was great! Craig couldn’t have been more helpful and patient with me with all of the questions I had.

I started out with a kit, but needed a couple more tubes of sealant. It arrived in about 24 hours after I placed the order online. Seems to be a great product, but I’ll know for certain after the next torrential rain storm. 8-)

Great product, quick purchase and shipping

From the inside, this material filled a throughwall crack in my foundation wall. I did have to order a third tube because the product was exiting the outside of the crack. The crack appearantly had a larger cavity than I anticipated. I also needed to improvise with a mesh material where the crack was a bit to wide at the surface. This provided a surface for the hard shell to adhere to. All in all it went well and was successful.

Quick delivery and I’ve used their products with success.

Interested to see how long it lasts on my fire pit. If it lasts a year or two it would be well worth the price. I bought a gallon and maybe used less than a quarter of the gallon and I applied 2 coats.

packaged arrived completely damaged / leaking all over the box -- second or 3rd time this has happened....if the product(s) RadonSeal carries were not so unbelievably good, I would have easily moved on to a different manufacturer at this point, but this is getting pretty aggravating to deal with, esp. when it screws up my scheduling when i can't get what i ordered in time...

Craig was more than helpful when I called him in an emergency. We were in the middle of repairing a crack in our basement wall and we're panicked when we ran out of enough urethane to finish the job and he settled out nerves since it was the weekend and we couldn't get more locally. But he insured us that we would be ok until the ordered extra tube would arrive in a couple of days. He took our order and soon delivered a tracking order number so we would know the arrival date! Thank you Craig!

Have not used stain yet but the product was shipped and received on time.

The delivery was fast and efficient. I also was very impressed with the single page, very complete, informative, and easy to understand. directions for utilizing the urethane crack sealing kit that I ordered.
I'm 3/4 of the way through my project now, and everything has gone smoothly by just following their directions.
I did need to call customer service for a minor question to clear up something. And the quick response and professionalism of the person I spoke with, Craig, was outstanding. Will definitely be a return customer if I need to buy more of their product.

The form completion and instructions were not clear. I did not realize there was missing information, and I didn't realize I needed to control the "device number." I should be able to enter information into a form online. Your email "servers" could not push out emails to me, despite four calls to customer service. You did not make up for your inadequacies by expediting my results after I supplied "missing" information. If you're going to market to consumers, you should modernize the process, improve communications, and pay attention to customer frustrations.

Really great customer service——even after I placed the order and realized I had an old address on it, they were super quick to get it fixed and still no delay in shipping.
Their products are also fabulous! Their ‘fix it from the inside” foam and sealant for old house concrete foundations saved us literally tens of thousands of dollars!!
