Received my order today and thrilled with the product, although it took a while to come the quality, price and ease of application is excellent thank you

I placed an order with Rad Wraps on the 12th of January and I still have not received it. Since placing the order, I’ve contacted the company several times and have only been given excuse after excuse, with no proper update I never even received a proper order confirmation even though Rad Wraps confirmed receipt of my order and my bank shows the funds have left my account they've also offered no resolution.

Out of concern, I checked Companies House and saw that Rad Wraps is listed as dissolved, which is extremely alarming. A dissolved company should not be taking orders or accepting payments.

Based on my experience and the lack of delivery or accountability, I genuinely believe this is a scam. Do not order from this company.

Very disappointed and frustrated with the entire situation.

I saw a positive reviews dotted among the bad but decided to take the risk I advise against anyone else doing the same.

Ive bought covers previously, so it felt like a no brainer to come back again. Ordered and paid for a cover at the beginning of Oct 25.A month past and nothing. Chased them to be told by Jacob that they had missed my order. Whoops. Said he would get on immediately. I assume we have different meanings for that word. Waited again and nothing. Chased again to be told I was missed again. Another apology. Eventually received my cover which was faulty. I asked for a refund on a few occasions but this was ignored. After numerous chases, Jacob apologised again saying he would send me a replacement but ignored all requests for timescales, just saying would be on the "next print run"After more chasing, I was told on 15th Dec that he was sorry(again) and he would "try" to get my replacement cover out before Christmas, but he was busy with other people's orders! Needless to say, I heard nothing more and Chased a further 3 times in 2 weeks to finally get a reply saying.....it will be on the next print run! Still no timescales, reasons I've been left 4 months, ignored and not refunded. Jacob finally said 3 weeks ago did I want a refund and I said its the least he could do, but also send my cover, (which I've painted my room around) due to the terrible service I've received for 4 months.Still no cover, no further contact from Jacob and no refund. Appalling.

I’m blown away by the radiator cover . It’s a exact match for my funky wallpaper
It just all blends in and disguises the radiator without compromising on Space
Delivery was very quick to say it’s bespoke ,
You just need to allow the cover to flatten when it comes as it’s rolled up in transit . And it will stick to the radiator no problem
I cannot believe such a cool innovative invention exists
And at a very good price as well
Jacobs has been wonderful and very informative
And apparently you do fabric covers as well which im very intrigued with

Communication absolutely excellent. Waited s few weeks for the radiator wrap to arrive. Well worth the wait. Its absolutely stunning. I had one made for the bathroom with a photo of Elvis. Stunning

I originally left a terrible review cos it would not attach but after contacting them and leaving it left flat ( a couple of days as I was busy decorating ) as advised it really did work, like magic it became magnetic and is now on the radiator, just sorry I can’t leave a photo as it really does look good (although it does needing trimming to fit.

They are not magnetic they sent me a thick pice of lino and charged £50. And it took a month to come.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the good quality of the radwrap, which I had ordered and duly arrived at my home in the south of the Netherlands.
It is decent material and fits easily and perfectly on my old dull radiator, which has now turned into a pretty element in the room.

If I could give minus I would. They don’t arrive. Don’t waste your money. James will reply to your emails finally if you comment badly on his fb page enough. But only then will his evri delivery be fake anyways and they never even receive the item to deliver to you. The guy has a few company’s connected to his name if you check hmrcs page. Avoid ! And if you do fall for his page and end up buying without checking this first as I did, report to trading standards . Modern day thief .

I have to come back and update my review on my experience with Radwraps.Since I wrote my last review on the 25/10/2024, the seller contacted me and offered to right the situation. He validated my experience and then informed me that he had processed my order and sent it out to me. He did all of this for no charge as he had already refunded me fully and didn’t charge for postage. I feel it’s only fair now to update my experience and say that I’m happy with the item and will consider returning in the future if I need too. Thank you Radwraps.

My second radwrap arrived this moning, love it, bit longer on delivery this time owners did get in touch to say on this so appreciate the comms. Will buy again.

The product looks great and has brightened what was a very dull radiator in our home. It brings a smile to my face every time I walk past it. Would definitely recommend this company.

Wish I had read reviews first. Taken our money but no product sent. No communication after emails sent & phone calls made. Total scam why are they still trading?

This company is a scam, do not buy!
Ordered online payed £150.00 for a wrap and have never received it sent emails after emails and phone calls no one gets back to you.

Placed an order on 19 August and had confirmation through. Since then no communication from company. No reply to two emails sent , case of take the money and run.. buyer beware!
