A deeply disappointing experience. The treatment was ineffective and vastly overpriced. The doctor relies on excessive flattery rather than addressing legitimate concerns, and came across as dismissive and fixated on money than on delivering genuine care or results.
My first surgery was with Professor Ghassan Abu-Sittah on the 7th May 2021 (a day I will always remember). I went for lower and upper eyelid surgery with high expectations that the doctor would do a good job, but that was not the case. I was given no medication and sent home like a naughty school girl. On the 6th of November, Dr Abu-Sittah performed another surgery which was a mistake on my part, why would I allow someone who did a poor job the first time be allowed another attempt? After much complaint through helpful Alan due to eye infections, I was allowed the see Professor Ali Ghanem the director of Rae clinic and from there on Professor Ali Ghanem went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and the botched job was corrected by able doctor, Mr Joshi at Cromwell on the 19th June 2023. Mr Joshi provided excellent after care and I am happy with the result. Dr Ali was kind enough to pay for the 3rd surgery which ran into thousands of pounds. It was 2 years of sadness as I became depressed. My advice is that people should do due diligence before any surgery. I am grateful to Dr Ali Ghanem and Mr Joshi for the positive outcome.

I had four keloid scars on my ears for quite some time so I had been searching for an affordable but experienced clinic to perform the excision. This clinic made that possible and the team was super helpful. I am still undertaking some treatment but I could not be happier with the results so far.
Finding Dr. Ghanem was one of the best things that ever happen to me, he is an amazing professional! He recommended an amazing treatment for me, always answered any doubts I had about the treatment we were doing and the results we achieved together are unbelievable. Truly revolutionary! Couldn't recommend him enough.
