Unfortunately having ordered a shirt and paid.. it never arrived. Customer Service were very polite but slow to give updates on where it was. I have now asked for a refund. This service lets down a company which looks as though it has some lovely clothes.

The customer service was 100% very helpful and polite. Have purchased various items of clothing and all lovely quality. Great designs and something for everyone.

Wouldn’t recommend due to returns policy. Only 14 days to return - most online companies it’s 28 days as standard.

Have to download and print returns form, annoying when you don’t have a printer.

Quite expensive for what the clothes were so not great value for money and definitely not worth the hassle of returns to justify me ordering from them again.

I recently purchased from Rae Feather and am loving every single thing , they all came nicely packaged, They feel good to wear and have a nice relaxed look. Great quality and perfect for casual, classy outfits.

I recently ordered a blouse which was never delivered. This was after I ordered the same blouse in a different colour and waited over 2 months for it to be delivered. The Customer Service was prompt to respond to my queries and I was refunded on the second blouse (which was never delivered!) but what a disappointing experience I had with Rae Feather! It is obvious they are not equipped for international delivery through Royal Mail. Really can not recommend Rae Feather because of my experience:(

Beautiful basket and speedy delivery - would order from here again!

New to this company and can say that the service I have had is great. Quick, reliable delivery service and easy returns. I have bought several clothing items, and while they have been in the sale the quality and design are fantastic. You have a new and happy customer.

I ordered a Rae Feather basket on 1st July which was showing in stock. I wanted it personalised and so I knew it would take a couple of weeks.

After 6 weeks with no news I decided to follow up, and was then told that they had a stock issue with the basket and I should have been notified (which I hadn’t). I needed the basket for a holiday 3 weeks later, so they promised me an update at the start of the following week.

When this didn’t come I followed up again, and was again told ‘I should have had an update’. They couldn’t guarantee it in time.

I fed back my concerns about their customer service as a premium brand and asked for a refund. The reply didn’t even acknowledge my concerns to say they would be taken into account in the future, but just said sarcastically ‘I’m sorry you are horrified by your experience’.

Don’t bother buying from here. You can’t trust their stock and supply chain, and their customer service is terrible.

Quality of item not equal to price. Paid £6 postage for one item costing £114 and also had to pay to return it! Don't bother ordering anything from Rae Feather!

Never again! In May 2021 I purchased the KELLY MONOGRAM BASKET and had it personalised. This was a mistake, if I could have I would have returned it, it was poor value for money, the basket looks cheap and rackety and I have never used it. Everytime I look at it I think what a waste of £150, dear god, and it has taught me a lesson, unless you are absolutely sure never ever ever get things personalised. This straw bag could probably be purchased for around £10 abroad. The site mentions luxury accessories, believe me it is nothing of the sort.
