Good Service gone Bad

Ordered a tie online from Rael Brook very easy to do delivery was quick but they had managed to send someone else's order to my address. Contacted customer service via email, received response in one day, to be informed that was very sorry, that the correct order would be dispatched immediately and as away of compensation I could keep the incorrect tie. Great service I thought. But I am still waiting 2 weeks later to receive the correct tie. I have sent more email requests for an update but have not had a reply. Good service gone bad Rael Brook

Went over and beyond.

Went over and beyond.
Sorry for the delay in writing this review, as a typical man, I needed a tie for my Son's wedding, left it to the last week, and was panicking. Phone Rael Brooks and spoke to a lovely lady who understood my situation. She was patient, understanding, and funny.
We spoke about my wife's dress and she patiently looked at a website, we spoke about swatches and she said she would get them to me tonight, posting them herself is she missed the company post. This was done, the swatches arrived and we ordered the tie.
A first class service that went over and beyond. Thank you.
