I don't understand whether GeegPay is to blame or your Customer Service Team is just incompetent and lousy. A simple failed transaction caused by your payment partner FINCRA is taking so long to resolve. I've received about 30 emails containing several apologies and assuring me that the finance team is working on it. And for close to a month, all they've done is to send 2 emails to my bank. And I have different Geegpay personnel repeating the same broken rhyme that I should help reach out to my bank. I've told them that I'VE CONTACTED MY BANK 4 TIMES ALREADY AND THEY'VE RESPONDED TO ME VIA MULTIPLE CHANNELS:- IN PERSON PHYSICALLY, VIA PHONE CALL, VIA EMAIL AND VIA SOCIAL MEDIA.
And my bank has said the same thing over and over again. What don't you get about my responses so far?
Provide the correct SESSION ID OF THE TRANSACTION YOU SENT TO MY ACCOUNT.
My bank has said the same thing 4 times, different teams and different people. Why the HELL are you telling me to contact my bank again when you can read English?

You could at least make it clear to intending customers that your virtual card is not suited for deposits. I have tried funding different websites today and got the same response saying that the provider of the card does not support deposits.

Been trying to resolve an issue concerning my Euro account with the support team via email. Everything is awfully automated and you keep going over the same steps with no result. AI can't do it all, you need a human customer service representative. It's frustrating.

After trying to apply for a USD card I was asked to do verification which I've done before.
I did it and it took you guys over a week before you had to reset it again! I still submitted my verification and you guys just suspended me like that.

Please don't use there service, How can someone deposit and they say they will process it with 48hours?
