Promising Start – Excited for What’s Next
I’ve had a great experience with RaffClub so far. The platform is really easy to use and everything feels smooth and well thought out, which makes a big difference when you’re just getting started. It also looks fantastic — clean, modern, and clearly built with users in mind.

I added the code FIVER to get £5 off
I added the code FIVER to get £5 off. I tried to buy free tickets and it said minimum order of £10 to use code. So I went back made it £10 worth of tickets and added the code again. When I click confirm and went through pay it charged me the full amount and didn’t give me the discount. I wouldn’t have purchased that many tickets without a discount. Seems like a scam to me!

The promotional offer you’re referring to is for £5 site credit to be debited into your wallet once £10 has been spent on tickets, this isn’t a £5 off voucher.
At RaffClub, our aim is to be as transparent and open as possible, and we're sorry that you’ve had this experience. For clarity, you can find the full terms of the offer at the top of the webpage, here is one part of those terms:
“Your bonus credit will appear in your account within 24 hours of you making a qualifying deposit and spend of £10. The Bonus credit can only be spent on eligible Prize Draws hosted by RaffClub themselves and not through any third-party host. The £5 free credit is non-withdrawable, nor can you transfer this between accounts. This offer is available until 20 April 2026.”
