I bought a new BYD Atto 3 in July 2025 and everything was excellent. The car was clean and just as expected. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional especially Marcus. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend them!

Great service! The team of RAF Motors, Horsens is kind, experienced, and helpful. We bought our first family car and the team made sure our experience was the best. They shared their experience with us, addressed our concerns, and helped us decide between cars so we chose the best fit for our needs. Everything was done professionally from the first contact to the signing of the contract. There was no pressure, no urgency, and that made us feel comfortable and doing the right for us choice. Nikolaj was replying to all our questions even after working hours. Great customer service. We highly recommend them!

Welcoming and precise.
Mark and I collaborated well for a Seat Leon 1.5 TSI ST FR. The car seems to be in a very good shape, had 1 owner so it was natural we wanted it. Mark offered a good price for our exchange car, went the extra mile to accomodate our needs and finally got the new car ready with a red butterfly on the windscreen when we took it over, as well as a nice bottle of wine.

I recommend. Very professional and very nice service, help in solving problems.

A good experience
I decided to buy a new car. So I looked at the Nissan Qashqai. I visited RAFMOTORS Horsensunde and I met Thomas who very patiently showed me how I can pay for my car. After two driver tests Thomas worked kindly completing the delivery process of the car very quickly.
I am fully satisfied

We visited RAF Motors open house to check out a Peugeot 208 that we were interested in buying. My fiancee had written an email requesting a test drive, however received no answer for over a week. So we decided we will go there and talk to them in person.

We went to the place, got to speak to a young sales rep and requested the test drive. We have been looking into buying a car for a while now, talking with different companies, testing different cars, and we have had awesome experience so far, however this was the first time we felt absolutely unsatisfied as customers.

First of all, the car was extremely dirty. I have never been to a test drive before where I opened the door of the car and I stopped to think if I want to even get in. I cannot agree that a company, that sells cars, and wants to sell cars, won`t spend decent time on making sure their test drive cars are clean and appealing for their potential customers.

Never-mind though, we drove for about 10 minutes and went in to ask for further information. The same sales rep came to talk to us and we went in their office.

This guy was absolutely unwelcoming. I have been educated in marketing and sales and working with sales for quite some time and I have to say he was representing all the wrong techniques. He didn`t give us any information on the car, payment options, interest rates, etc. And even when we asked he would answer in one word. He kept on repeating that from this model there are only 4 cars in Denmark and they will probably be sold out by the end of the day. We didn`t get to see a printed offer, or anything he just asked us is that everything you want so we said yes, we think so. And then he started typing something on his computer. After a while my fiancee joked and said to me what is he typing so much is he drafting a contract, and I just said ask him. And when he did, the sales rep said Yes! You are buying the car now right?

We were absolutely shocked, we never said yes we are buying the car. We just said that it seems like a nice offer for us. We probably would have both the car if he spend a bit more time explaining the different options we had, and making sure we are clear on all the information. There was a huge amount of miscommunication, and we felt like he really was rushing to close a sale.

It left us with huge disappointment and we will definitely skip on buying our car from that place.
