My dress was great quality. Great communication with the staff to make some alterations to the slit. Quick delivery. A little expensive but I loved my maternity dress. I would recommend and shop here again.

The way I have been treated has been extremely disappointing. I originally ordered the Liberty Dress, which did not fit. I accepted store credit and then ordered another item, the Harlie two-piece. When it arrived, it was faulty and completely unwearable (photos attached).

Because of the condition of this item, I had to purchase another outfit elsewhere, leaving me out of pocket. The bodysuit does not have a button closure, meaning the only way to use the toilet is to fully remove it — something that was not stated in the product description at the time of purchase. This information has since been added, which may help future customers, but it did not help me.

Rag & Doll have claimed that the item is “supposed to look like this” and that the website images reflect the condition of the product. However, even after zooming in, the images do not show the faults present. In my opinion, this item should never have left the warehouse in the condition it arrived in.

Despite the fault being theirs, they have refused to offer a refund. I would strongly advise avoiding this company. I will also be pursuing a small claims court case.

I am absolutely in love with the items I ordered! The quality is fantastic, and the sizing is just perfect. Plus, the service was outstanding!

The quality was poor and did not meet standards in line with the photo. You do not get a refund and I'm still awaiting a voucher which is the only option.

I purchased a dress in a size 14, and it was way too big, I returned and they made it into a size 12, which is strange, because at the moment U am a size 16. I only had to pay the postage, which was a relief, the 12 came and fitted perfect, although the dress is stunning, it is certainly not worth what I paid, I genuinely feel it should have been priced at a quarter of what I paid, I cant fault the company as they adjusted the sizing with no issues and it was a quick turnaround. I just feel dress is definately not worth what I paid.

If I could put 0 stars I would! This company needs to be reported to trading standards and not be in business. They are trying to find loopholes in consumer rights to keep hold of our hard earned money.

I ordered a dress in a size 14 and they asked me for my height? Why was my height needed? Oh that’s right to act as if it’s custom made.

The dress arrived with parts missing which meant I could not wear it for my
40tj bday party.

I send the dress back and they would not give me a refund! Instead they offered me a gift card or credit note. I’ve written my notice before claim and will be going to a small claims
Court and ai advise anyone to do the same. This company is a SCAM!

Really disappointed.
I used to love Rag and Doll. I have bought from them twice before and on both occasions if I ever had any questions I would email and always get a quick response and found them to be very helpful! This time however I returned something and as they do not offer refunds I was offered a credit note which I was happy to take. Using the credit note I bought something else. That was a month ago. Since not receiving a shipping email i thought I would email them to ask after my order. I have sent 4 emails, with no response from them. I can only assume that because this item was bought using a credit note they have no interest in getting back to me or possibly even sending out my order at all. In the past they have always replied and been great so I can only assume this is the case. This isn’t the cheapest shop so I’m out of pocket by a fair bit and even if if it was a cheap shop, if you pay for something and don’t receive the item you have basically been robbed!

Amazing customer service , I had to exchange my item and the communication from the team are amazing and so helpful , I asked loads of questions about sizing etc and nothing was a bother to answer , thank you so much

I ordered the sorrento swimming costume and sarong was lovely fit high quality material. Also the girl at customer service couldn't help enough when I had queries about what size to order with 100% be ordering from Rag and doll again ❤️

The most gorgeous dress bespoke made for me. Fitting is perfect, the material is so flattering and comfortable. The dress was made within an outstanding timeframe and i couldnt be happier!

I ordered the liberty rose dress in white its came and its not white its more cream. I went with sizing given but I feel its doesn't fit its bigger than expected as I dont see anything else I would exchange it for I'm left with it and dont see me purchasing anything in 6 months there would be no point in a credit note. I'm gutted as it looked stunning in the pictures but just doesn't do me any favours
