High Quality Clothing, Excellent Customer Service

I have been buying from RageOn since 2018 and my experiences have been some of the best I have ever been through when it comes to online shopping. I have received every item I have purchased, including one after I received the wrong item in 2020. I had ordered a long sleeve shirt, but I mistakenly received an item I have never seen on RageOn. Shortly after I received the wrong item, I contacted RageOn customer support and the customer service specialist replied in about 10 minutes. That was an impressively rapid response to my needs. The order was reprinted and was delivered to me in a few weeks. Considering all the challenges due to Covid-19, the customer service did an excellent job in correcting the mistake. I highly recommend RageOn for high-quality sublimation shirts, fantastic art prints in general, and its highly responsive customer service. I have faith in RageOn.

There was a mixup on my order ( my shirt was missing ) I read the bad reviews and became terrified that the company was a fraud - but I must report this :
They had my shirt to me within a week !
So these people are fair and if anything goes wrong they will make it right .
Great customer service !

DO NOT ORDER A THING FROM THIS COMPANY! I ORDERED A PAIR OF SOCKS AND THE QUALITY OF BEYOND POOR. THE DESIGN COMPLETELY DISAPPEARS WHEN YOU PUT ON THE SOCKS! THEY ARE CROOKED!! THEY ALSO WANT A 15% restock fee!!! The AUDACITY is appalling, and its no surprise there are a ton of other dissatisfied customers here. I will contact whomever I need to contact about this company fraudulent practices. I emailed, and of course I can't get a reply in regards to my refund!!! Im beyond angry!! Bad communication and over 2 months delay and counting

Shame on me I placed 3 orders... in different times and since august I haven't received not even a single product, nor a shipping notice. Nothing at all.
I sent them an email (per each order) to their support email address but no reply at all since Nov 7th.
I don't mind a delay, can happen during these exceptional times, but the lack of attention to customers... this cannot happen. Fabrizio

Update: same day i made a review in trustpilot they have contacted me (positive attitude) and now waiting to understand status of my 2 august orders at least (its November)....

I was just about to spend over 200.00…

I was just about to spend over 200.00 with this company and something told me to check the reviews. I guess I won't be shopping here any time soon. And just to think, I was going to buy and resell over 2000.00 a month easy. There is some very nice prints here. The best I've ever seen and I would love to do business with you guys, but you gota do to do better than this.

Very late delivery time

It has been over 3 months and I still have yet to receive my mask. I ask for a free shirt and the lady gave me a code that didn’t cover the cost of the shirt and shipping. They don’t care about wasting your time and the inconvenience they cause you. They take your money and don’t deliver and don’t hold themselves accountable. Do not order from this company.

Great Customer Service

I ordered masks on 2 separate occasions. Totally loving the first order, the 2nd time being a different material that I wasn't pleased with. So I emailed Customer Service and Michael Christian was my rep and I was very pleased with his assistance to say the least. Communication was great and very efficient. And although I wasn't able to get the mask with the material I wanted, I was very satisfied with his resolve. Thank you Michael Christian! =)

Like throwing your money out the window.

Worst print purchase I have ever made. I ordered 8 shirts and 1 mask.
I received 7 shirts. 8th shirt never arrived. Quality level of the shirts was basement level garbage.

Shirt sizing was Europe sizing not North America.

As for print quality: all the shirts are HEAVILY PIXELATED. Very low resolution images. Print color is super dull even on white shirts. It's like this company just started printed yesterday and have ZERO idea of what print quality is acceptable to ship clients. As soon as they saw how these shirts came out they should have refunded the customer.

I contacted customer service well over two months ago with ZERO response. No response AT ALL. Eventually got the mask, but it's dreadful. They printed the design sideways.

Still no 8th shirt.

I have no idea how this company is still in business. Don't give them a dime. It's like throwing your money out the window.

This company needs lots of work

This company is not ready for prime time. Their shipment times are horrific, and they never respond to customer support requests at the email they provide. My product finally arrived, and it was 2 sizes smaller than what I ordered. I never was able to reach them to get help. Now I’m stuck with leggings that will never fit me. Lesson learned.
