Don't expect to receive anything from this company or get any reasonable replies on mail. They initially sent me a smokescreen mail, telling me they had lost the items due to logistic problems. Then they sent me some tracking number that was bogus. Never heard from them since, and never received the order.
How is it possible for them to get an average of 2,5 star review experience when they only get 1 star from the customer reviews?? SHAME ON YOU!!

I also ordered this and paid the bill 3 months ago. Never received it. No phone number. No response to my 12 emails. The tracking number for UPS was bogus. TOTAL SCAM

I ordered a wall mounted rack 2 months ago and it never arrived.
No customer service nor communication.

Scam alert!!!
I ordered a laundry wall- mounted rack and the tracking ID never worked. And they haven’t responded to my numerous emails. Lost the money.
Their adverts were always on my social media.

I ordered a wall mounted laundry drying rack from Raggy’s website that I saw on a Facebook ad. The video ad and item on their website was only available in a single color, white. When I received my item which was shipped from China it was black! I immediately went on their website to inquire as to how to return the item and was fully prepared to send it back as directed and pay the return shipping cost all according to their return policy. But the only way to contact them is via the ‘Contact Us’ link in their site which opens a new window to populate with your question and email and they never responded. They will not issue a refund until you return the item and they fail to respond or provide a shipping address to return the item to. So I am out over $100 for an incorrect bait and switch item! Do not purchase from this site.
