They don’t accommodate at all. Staff is rude and the system is old they don’t update if train is delayed or what not. And it’s way more expensive than the actual rail cost.

Beware the misleading commitments from this company!
We ordered rail tickets in Korea 4-5 weeks ahead. Rail Ninja kept us waiting until a few days before the departure date with AI chatbots telling us the tickets were "still processing". I tried to speak with a human agent and it took me over an hour without any real help except for vague comments about "it will be all right". In the end, there were no tickets and they refunded us the ticket price, but it was a huge waste of our time and effort, we were forced to make alternative travel arrangements at the last minute and it was was very stressful. This company makes false commitments and does not provide sufficient warning about the possibility that it will not be able to complete the order.

Note that if you buy your ticket well in advance, you might get a message saying you will receive your tickets "soon". That could be misleading if tickets are not yet available.

According to your booking details, your trip is scheduled for March. As indicated in your personal account, the tickets are expected to become available in the app around February 3rd. Therefore, the tickets have not yet been issued, in line with the expected timeline.

It was easy to get train tickets
It was easy to get train tickets. The only thing that was confusing were the emails I got. It was hard to tell which were the real tickets and which, if any were receipts. I still can't tell what seat is mine, but I'll figure it out.
