I got in contact to see if they had a pitch for my unit, they didn't have anything available right now that would suit me. But i was very impressed with their speed of reply and honesty. A breath of fresh air when it can sometimes take so long to get a response when you make an enquiry with other similar companies. Kevin seemed like a great guy, who is going to let me know if something comes up.

I emailed to ask if they had any info on a specific station unit or if they could point me in the right direction. Hazel replied right away explaining that the unit wasn’t on their books but she would find out who to speak to. She came right back with the correct information even though she had no obligation to. Above and beyond and great attitude

I wanted to open my own florist within my local town and someone suggested the railway station. A quick search of the Internet and I found there were a couple of vacant units. After contacting Rail Estate I was in contact with Kevin who showed me around and has been so helpful ever since! It was a fairly easy process for even for the less business savvy of us. Kevin helped me through the process of taking on the unit and continues to be someone I can rely on when I have any questions or issues.

I am very excited to embark on this journey with GTR. Kevin and the team are currently working with me to ensure we open our unique, high end coffee destination at Emsworth Railway Station in time for my planned open day. The team have been wonderful to deal with and I am very much looking forward to working with them long term.

Difficult to know where to start. Arranged a lease for a coffee kiosk on a station just after the last lockdown. Govia Thameslink agreed to a flexible arrangement to give me leeway to establish whether it would work as a business. An idea I abandoned after seven months. The whole process was a complete shambles. Bedevilled by mismanagement and maladministration to the point where two months after terminating the lease I am still waiting to be invoiced for my first months rent and neither the Workman's Partner who is supposed to be responsible for the account, nor the Retail Property Manager for Govia Thameslink understand why I am irritated at having to chase them to settle what I owe. Scary stuff.

My complaint has been reviewed and the rentals I was never invoiced for have been waived. But I question whether anything has been resolved. There is a system where, as in this case, when things go wrong, there is zero accountability. A management problem. None of this should have been necessary and it is an indictment of the structure within an organisation desperate to outsource responsibility and to duck the messy bits.

From the outset I received prompt and helpful responses to my questions. never before in a new site search have I made such fast progress, phone calls were returned and details supplied this during the Covid pandemic. I couldn't have been more impressed.
more than I can say for Arch co during the 6 months I have tried to approach them not so much as a call returned.
