Didn’t send the product, no communication
I bought a water to go bottle, they didn’t send it, they didn’t reply to emails and at the end I managed to get a refund from PayPal.

This product was never delivered I have refered it to my credit card company and hopefully will be reinbursed but they have never replied to my emails or answered the chats option so the only comment I can make is DON'T USE THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.....

Cora Ball poor product and no customer service
In December I bought a Cora Ball from this company. The idea behind this product is that it catches microfibres and they wrap around this plastic gismo instead of going into the waste water. Laudable if it worked but it doesn't. I do laundry for an animal shelter and the Cora Ball is as pristine now as when it first arrived, despite regular usage. I emailed the company about the product and received no reply. Not a happy eco bunny at all.
