Poorly ran company !! Some staff absolutely great respectful other staff no respect whatsoever ever !! Letting themselves into property when calls were over ! Causing my father distress !! Carers wearing headphones therefore can’t hear if client is in distress! Outside coats being worn with outside germs on , some carers constantly on their phone but when called office to complain was met with deflection and poor excuses !! Carers speaking in native tongue giggling laughing causing naked client distress ! Many safe guarding issues which the management or coordinators refused to take seriously or even come back to clients family to discuss! Very distressing and frustrating company to work with .
No accountability taken whatsoever ever when problems arose and taken to the management !!

Rainbow care solutions is a reputable company. The managements and staffs are always there for the careers, and clients . working with rainbow has been an amazing experiences, the management are always there to encourage you, weekly mileage is encouraging and you will have a good work/life balance, it's salary is also encouraging . I recommend rainbow care solutions to both careers and service users .

I have been working with Rainbow care solutions for past 8 months, it has been amazing experience, excellent communication between management and staffs and services users, sufficient weekly mileage and great team work between staffs and salaries received on time, it has been great privilege working with Rainbow care solutions.

Very bad experience working with this company, they treat me like a slave and torture me mentally which ended in mental depression. There is also a high turnover of staffs. I never had a job satisfaction with this company and make me work overtime without my consent and if I refuse they will say that they will cancel the sponsorship. They abuse me many ways where I was not aware of my rights and laws in this country and always try not make any proof against their company like making direct meeting or video conference if we arise some issue. The payment scheme is also very bad and even I don’t get paid for the work I did when asked I didn't get it sorted. In addition for the overtime work they made me to do, they pay less than the standard pay, also they don't pay anything extra for the work I did on public holidays or bank holidays. As they do domiciliary care they send me to far places like first house more than 25miles away which they are not gonna pay for the mileage and the the driver need to pick and drop the non-driver carer which is another 10 or more miles away. If we refuse or make any complaint on anything they will not give any shift and they will put false blames and allegations against me. My rating is 0 star & I request the CQC and UK government to take severe action against this company . They also give me shift for continuous 7days which I have proof with me. Due to this I was getting exhausted & was getting into sleep while driving, when I reported this to the office & rise my consent on my risk what they said is if something happens to me it's not there responsibility. I’m still having haunting dreams about the way they treat me.
