I bought two tester pots and a 2.5L white and 1L blue. They had no stock of the tester pot I wanted so I went with their suggestion. They still sent the wrong one. Anyway I used the one correct tester pot and on sanded wood it took 3 coats to cover the pine wood fully.
Before using the white and blue I decided I wanted to return and buy some proper paint. It would cost me over £11 to sent back so I decided it was pointless for what I’d spent. I will use it as a primer one day when I’m running low. I urge you to stay clear of this product.
Edit. I used the white today. I had painted Zinsser B-I-N over varnish (fantastic primer for varnished wood). It still took 2 layers of white paint to cover the white primer. Couple of patches need 3 coats.
Hopefully I can add a photo so you can see the before colour and the layers I’ve done with a Harris brush.
An edit to their reply. I thank them for their gesture so I have altered my 1 star to 3. I think this is fair reciprocation. I hope they sort their issues out and more than that do more research on how to make one coat better. I used another brand today in replacement. It was a standard emulsion, not a one coat paint and it covered in less coats than their one coat.
Having run a successful family business I do not accept their excuse. There is no reason for mistakes and issues like this.

To ensure longevity of the pen tips, we advise to use gently pressure to activate the pen and continuously use little pressure when painting. The pen tips can also be flipped to the other side once one has worn out. I hope this tip is of help and you can enjoy the pen for your project.
