paid for a shed in October last year,never received it ,they rarely answer the phone,I left messages no one calls back or answers my emails,eventually spoke to someone and was told delivery would be in December,nothing happened,nor in January or February,asked for a refund,several times,eventually ,refunded in March,six months of frustration,look elsewhere for your garden building,terrible company!

Love my new shed, thank you for all of your help.

Looks like the company isn't trading anymore but the website is up, tried to ring a few times and email but no reply at all.

Tried ordering on line but site not working. Phoned several times and no one answers. Not sure if company is still trading

I have phoned numerous times and emailed this week, but nobody is answering, so it is proving impossible to place an order. I am wondering if they still open for business.

Tried calling the sales line telephone number on numerous occasions despite the claim of alleged opening hours. Real shame as wanted to place order but looks like I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Shed arrived last week, my father-in-law built it over the weekend. We got the larger 20x10, very happy with the result.

Great build but waited 14 days for delivery

I purchased a 12x6 tanalised deluxe pent garden shed,purchase price £1454.92,from rainbow garden buildings.I waited over the 28 days estimated delivery time,i didn't mind that as i thought i was getting a quality product, how wrong was i.The first thing is the door is catching badly on the bottom of the shed frame so it will have to come off to be planned,according to there website this should not happen as the door is pre-hung unlike cheaper sheds.The worst part is the side panels, as it is 12ft long it is made up of two 6ft panels screwed together,thats not the complaint,both panels have 2 windows each,above the windows of the rear panel is where the shiplap boards do not line up with the front panel,i am still trying to work out how it has been done,also the shiplap boards above the windows are in pieces not full boards[off cuts].Just after it was installed by rainbow i went away on holiday so i now have the time to really have a good look at it and it's not what i expected for the money and from what i read on there website,just go's to show you can't believe everything you read.I must say i could not fault the 2 men that delivered and installed it,on time and a good job done,i would never recommend this company to anyone.

We have just recieved delivery of our new 8x6 shed, the wife made me erect it over the weekend and was surprised how easy this was, no problems what so ever great shed great service.

We chose to buy our shed based on Rainbow Garden Buildings web description of top quality and a high standard. The team were friendly when we were purchasing and we were happy with the shed that we paid for them to erect. Sadly, however, "We are commited for you to have a 100% customer satisfaction experience" changed when I phoned afterwards to say that the windows leaked after the first rainfall. They did not return the phone call as promised, and when I rang again the following day I was told simply to "put sealant on". There was already sealant there but it didn't stop the rain seeping in! We are going to deal with this ourselves but we do feel that if a company is offering "a high quality" item then this should extend throughout, and they really need to look at how they insert the windows and at their follow-up customer service.
