Great customer service, beautiful product & reliable professionals
Rainbowhome were amazing to work with! Samples and products were sent so quickly, all packaged incredibly well. They were attentive, accurate with the measurements and the customer service is 10/10.
Our stair runner is incredible quality, looks super luxe and compared to other peers/similar brands, were much more cost effective. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable and professional carpeting company.

Poor customer service and zero accountability
I had an incredibly frustrating experience ordering from Rainbow Home. My order was sent to the wrong address despite me providing the correct details at checkout. As a result, the delivery failed, and I had to spend my own time and money trying to resolve the issue.
What’s worse is the lack of ownership — both Rainbow Home and their courier (FedEx) kept passing the blame back and forth instead of helping to resolve the problem. I’ve had to chase repeatedly, and weeks later there’s still no clear resolution or compensation for the inconvenience caused.
This experience shows a complete lack of care for customers once payment has been taken. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I’d strongly recommend others avoid the hassle and shop elsewhere.
