Stay away from Rainbow Pools - they will destroy your yard and disappoint your family.
During the month of June 2020, my family agreed to a contract with Rainbow Pools at located out of Thomaston Georgia. Unfortunately, you did not satisfy your side of the agreement with finishing the pool project in my backyard. You promised you would build a pool with a retaining wall and clean up the yard after you where finished. I have an unsafe pool that anyone could fall off the back side where the incomplete retaining wall was built. Dirt from the landscape around the pool is washing away because you never came back to finish what you started back in June 2020. I also have to pay for getting my fence repaired from your damage you made. I also have to repair the broken water pipe you caused when you drove over a known water valve that you didn’t show any concern for. We paid for a working pool but because of safety we can not use the pool.
