I recently had an alarm installation provided by Rainbow and I've been blown away by their efficiency, professionalism and attention to detail.

The process began with a quotation from one of their engineers (Craig). He walked through my property identifying areas of access and where alarm sensors would be best placed. He took the time to talk me through the alarm technology and answer the questions I had about ongoing maintenance and callouts. Craig got the quote to me the next day and after I confirmed the quote, installation was booked for the following week.

Craig came back to install the alarm himself. The work took about 3.5hrs and he did a very thorough job. No mess or packaging left behind. Once the alarm had been installed, Craig walked me through how to use the system, how each of the features worked and how to change my access code. I was then handed a folder containing all my relevant information, certificates and instruction manuals.

I would 100% recommend Rainbow for your alarm installation.

Rainbow installed a new system yesterday. It was carried out most efficiently. The Engineer could not have been more helpful explaining everything in full detail. I am 100 % satisfied.

Rainbow installed a new alarm in our house and our engineer Craig was excellent. He explained all aspects to us and did a really tidy job on the wiring etc.
