this team is absolutely professional to the max. They know what they are doing and execute loans with precision. They are a little bit more expensive than other hard money lenders, but you definitely get what you pay for!

Super Fast and Easy to Work With...
I got a home under contract on a Thursday afternoon. I immediately reached out to the Rain City Team in Portland and they got on my loan ASAP. I told them I wanted to close in a week and they said that shouldn't be a problem. After providing them a few documents needed to initiate the loan, they got to work and a week later we are ready to close! Their speed was impressive and they communicated with me all the way through the process. I'm ready to get my next deal under contract so we can breeze through this process again! Thanks Ryan and team! Job well done!

Outstanding organization run by even more outstanding people. Helpful to us, particularly in times of need caused by the economy and Covid-19. We had to face two significant, unplanned and costly medical events. They were very flexible with us. Their philosophy appears to be "We are only successful if you are successful." I would recommend them to everyone.
