My wife absolutely loved her coat for her birthday! She calls it her Princess Coat :) The service a Rain Sisters was awesome with answering my questions and the service for delivery was on track and on time.

Ordered a coat for my wife for Christmas. Unfortunately it was a little bit too small, so I contacted the seller via email and got the return label.
When I made a few mistakes and significantly complicated the process, customer service was immediately available and showed commendable patience and understanding. Together we got the situation under control and everything ultimately turned out well.
My wife got a new coat which now fits perfectly.

Beautiful coats but a little overpriced.

Everything that has had to do with the products and the store has been impeccable. The jackets are super beautiful and feminine and fit well. Already on the first walk I got a compliment from another woman! They fit so nicely that you also feel really pretty inside yourself.

The return was a little bit difficult, as you had to print the label yourself, and it was not entirely easy to hand in the package, but that part of the hassle was due to the courier Bring (DHL collab) so it is not RainSister's fault.

RainSister's customer service was through it all really large and nice to help and guide, give me extra time compared to what the website said, and allow me to return a product that I couldn't return according to their return system. They have been understanding, clear and really kind and helpful throughout everything. Possibly the best customer service experience I've had! 😊

The entire process from beginning to end was wonderful. Placing the order was very easy, even though it was out of country.
The emails I received not only kept me informed, but they were written in such an elegant and personal way that I felt like I was working with a close friend through the whole process.

Im honestly surprised at the number of 5 star reviews! Great style no doubt but these jackets are LIGHT water resistant, and not appropriate for the rain. Regardless I bought two pairs (for style only, not wet weather). When I received my coats, like a few others said elsewhere, I had to double check the tag on my coat. The beige is size "S" and the black is "M"... i figured I would size up in the black as it had a tie to bring in the waist. I am bamboozled how companies can get away with such a size difference! I looked like a potato sack and it was not flattering at all! And when you tie it up, it still doesn't tie well, and the pockets end up at the back (ie not functional). At these prices, I would expect functional coats, and with only an online presence I would expect proper sizing information before we buy... because ultimately if something doesn't fit, we are still liable to pay the re-stocking fee. I am not happy with this experience as I really wanted the coat, and now I don't even know what size I would buy (if i went too small, perhaps the arms dont fit). Waste of my time, effort and money. Avoid, there are many other companies who make lovely jackets.

Terrible Customer service. Mid Quality and suspect business practices. Gave one to my girlfriend for Christmas. First they lied about how long I could return. They also had sales with low prices but almost nothing in stock. And when you have to return it for a size problem (there sizes are not true to size) you suddenly have to pay double for the same coat in another color. So you are forced to just send it back and accept the restocking fee. And ruin the Christmas presents. Thanks for nothing.

Love my coat! I get constant compliments. I was Leary due to the price but it is very well made.

After two weeks of frustration and back-and-forth emails, the coat finally arrived at my friend's place. She is very happy with the quality and we will be testing it with the cold Swiss weather.

I have a problem with the delivery and Rain Sisters customer service, Daniela, refused to help me further.

DHL notified my friend that it cannot be delivered because they could not find the address (negligence from DHL) and after a back-and-forth call between me and DHL because Rain Sisters refused to offer me a help with this, DHL Germany insisted that it is sent to the customer. However, Rain Sisters also insisted that it is being delivered even though that is not the case.

Now I have spent almost 300€ on a rain coat for a friend as her Christmas gift that will never arrive. I will be disputing this with my credit card company.

If you ordered their rain coats, pray that it will be delivered because Rain Sisters will not help you solve the problem.

This is my second rainsisters coat and I absolutely adore it. The shipping was fast, the garment delightful, customer service excellent.

This is the second coat I've ordered from Rain Sisters, and if I could, I'd order more, in every cut and colour! I hesitated at first because I live in Canada and thought I wouldn't wear it much, what with the five-month winter and the two-month heatwave in summer—and the rest of the time, it doesn't rain that much. But actually, this coat isn't just a raincoat. It's the perfect coat for spring and fall (I've worn it in temperatures between 5 and 15 degrees Celsius). Everything about it is perfect: the elegant cut, the beautiful fabric, the quality of the construction, the waterproofing, the large adjustable hood, and the spacious pockets. The price is high, but that's the price of quality, and I know I'll keep these coats in impeccable condition for years. I feel absolutely fabulous in them, even on dreary days when I've just thrown on some old pair of jeans. I also want to add that the Rain Sisters team is fantastic and very responsive, replying to emails with kindness and precision. I'll conclude by adding that, for both orders, the delivery times were incredible (3 days!!). Thank you Rain Sisters!

I have two of their coats now. They are lovely, definitely waterproof and surprisingly warm. I live in Ireland, so we get plenty of rain, but winters are mild.

I have a double-breasted trench coat and the full-skirt coat. I get compliments wherever I go.

I am 1.56m (5'2) UK size 10-12, I bought petite and regular size M coats. The petite coat ends at my knees, while the regular coat ends at my shin (I wear maxi dresses so I thought the longer coat would be a better option).

The size M, is loose on me, but I prefer this if I want to wear a heavier jumper with the coat. The trench coat comes with a belt, so I can sinch the waist.

Bought my first rainsisters coat 2 years ago and it still looks like new (even though it’s my go to jacket almost year round). I have lost a lot of weight so I bought two new ones (one long and one short) in my new size. Love them too! I was planning on deciding between the two but they look so good I couldn’t choose.

When I received my order, I was thrilled with my coat. It fits perfectly, is a flattering style and drapes beautifully. It will be wonderful to wear as I brave the Canadian weather. I am so pleased I made this wardrobe investment. I highly recommend this company and their products. Thank you RainSisters!

Pretty coat but not practical for British weather hoods too large so just falls down and the pull tabs don’t work either bought it a year ago

The coat I received was of an outstanding quality. I didn't feel it was the right size for me so I followed the instructions on exchange that were included in the box I received. It was very easy to do so and I can't wait for the next one to arrive!
