Rainwalk has a very simple process to file claims and to issue payments. It took about 3 1/2 weeks, and they deposited the funds directly to my bank account. The process was seamless.

Wonderful experience submitting claims. Very easy to upload the invoice and super fast response times to questions and claims. This is by far the best pet insurance company that I have worked with. So glad we decided to make the switch.

I would HIGHLY recommend Rainwalk.

The company has been very courteous, responsive, and fair with the claims process. Reimbursement was fairly fast and service was great when submitting claims. Best value I've had from any insurance company.

Great company, easy to work with!

We had surgery for our puppy and they were fantastic. We simply got the invoice from the vet, uploaded it, used the app and within a short time had our reimbursement. It's as easy as that!

They were everything you’d want from an insurance company. They didn’t bloat the process and gave me plenty of time (one week) to give them the proper paperwork when his original paperwork was missing (my fault).

Easy to navigate online services

After a brief glitch w initial claim set up, Rainwalk was easy to work with, responsive & quick to process Smokey's claim for needed teeth extraction. Reimbursement was auto deposited which was great. No waiting for a mailed check.

Rainwalk is great. It took about a week to review the claim (which is pretty quick)! They respond kindly and referred to my pup by name. They send me helpful emails reminding me how I can submit a claim. Filing the claim was pretty simple. Thank you, Rainwalk!

I am SO IMPRESSED with Rainwalk. Our adopted puppy came with a policy upon adoption. He immediately developed parvo. We could not have afforded to treat without Rainwalk. Every single claim for his very expensive care was paid promptly, without haggle or delay, exactly to the specifications of our policy. Rianwalk literally saved his life. I wish people insurance was this good.

We have our two young dogs insured with Rainwalk. The service has been incredible. Our reimbursements have been fast. Colossus was a rescue pup whose discovered had a PDA which required surgery. Having Rainwalk took one element of stress off the table as we knew much of the cost would be covered. Because we had such a good experience, we increased coverage for Percival who just had his second set of vaccinations.

We’ve had such a good experience with Raiwalk we wish we could switch our ten year old over to them because her pet insurance has been horrible to deal with. The process is simple, it was easy to speak with someone and there were no surprises at all in our claim. Very happy with how our emergency ended up being handled all around.

They state "we want to pay pet insurance claims" and from my experience that is entirely true.

just so you’re aware when you get this pet insurance you will not be reimbursed for the entire portion of what you pay the vet. i had a 250$ vet bill and they reimbursed 24 😑 not worth the money you pay for it. don’t use rainwalk

I will always have pet insurance as long as I have a pet. Rainwalk was suggested to me when I rescued my Sassy 7months ago and I’m so glad I listened! Sassy had an unfortunate accident with a car that lefts her back legs banged up to the point we thought one would be amputated. Thankfully it wasn’t and Rainwalk has been great helping me to navigate this whole injury! Emily, specifically, has been caring and most helpful. Thank you Rainwalk!

I’m pleased that Rainwalk has made the process for getting claims approved and getting reimbursed so easy. Every customer service representative I engaged with has been pleasant and very helpful. My newly adopted Boston Terrier puppy mill mama is a sweet dog in spite of the difficult circumstances she endured the first 6 years of her life and I am grateful to have this insurance to help with any illnesses she may encounter. I will definitely recommend this insurance to other pet owners.

Rainwalk customer service agents are great! They are nice, communicate effectively and within a timely manner. I definitely recommend their services.

I am poor. I pay $18 a month for my dog to have health insurance. Rainwalk has paid thousands of dollars for me to get cancer care for my dog. WORTH EVERY PENNY! I keep telling my family to sign up. This is the best insurance company I have ever worked with! I wish every insurance company had the integrity Rainwalk has.
