I liked the style of the red glasses so went a-head for an order but when they arrived they are totally wrong for my prescription so have wanted to return them for a refund & now the company has been messing me about for over a month offering me stupid amount for a partial refund of £2.00 I've given them a month to resolve this matter now I've opened a PayPal claim against them They are so disrespectful when the glasses are Not Fit For Purpose. These companies should be closed down for breaching of trading standards.

Absolute con and rip off merchants, Be warned, do not use this company. I ordered a pair of +3 reading glasses with long vision, basically bi-focals and paid just under seventeen quid, I waited weeks and they eventually came and they had sent me -3 reading glasses which I can not see anything with. After contacting the company I was offered a fiver as compensation. I have asked fir a full refund or the correct order sent to me and have been refused. Scammers like this need to have their websites/adverts shut down as they are misleading people and ripping people off, I dont know how they sleep at night knowing thy have stitched people up like this. Cruel company, please avoid and spread the word.

I waited forever for a broken mop I receive daily emails telling me my parcel is in transit I keep asking for them to stop my basket is empty cannot find anywhere to unsubscribe.
I shall not be shopping with them again I have now blocked these emàils
