Image on the sale was misleading, though the description does say 'linen' and 'printed'. However, it is a poor quality item, printing looks naff (unlike embroidered image on website) and feels like we... See more

Good quality. Excellent value. Delivered on time. Good communications.
I have emailed raise our colors twice on the response they left on trust pilot with their email address of my order of the two rugby shirts that I ordered on Saturday February 14th with the screenshot of my order and the shipping company here in the UK saying they had it but my parcel was misplaced. I have been SCAMMED!!!!!!I just don’t know how Facebook could allow fake companies to put fake reel ads on Facebook. Do not buy from these people raise our colors it’s a SCAM!!!!!!!!

This is an update on my purchase of an England rugby shirt purchased on 08/02/2026
This package went missing and after a ridiculous amount of emails reporting the disappointing lack of service. The package was finally delivered @ 13.55 on 26/02/2026
I’m sure that any purchaser would agree that the time scale of delivery and a the amount of emails trying to resolve this simple purchase were absolutely unacceptable
The majority of reports about Raiseourcolours written by other customers have reported that the products they received were of poor quality and not looking like the photographic advertising on social media
Now that I have received the shirt, I can concur with other customers entirely about the poor quality of the garment
So much so, that I would never consider purchasing
any other products from Raiseourcolours
I hope that my update is useful to other potential shoppers

Absolutely disgraceful how they can get away with selling items that look nothing like the pictures is beyond me. don’t waste your money £40 for 2 tops that my partner will wear in bed (coz they are that bad ) is not good

All I would say is avoid all all cost, the quality of the product is appalling as is the customer service when you try to return a product.
I've resorted to talking with PayPal as I'm getting zero response from the seller.
Just wish I had checked out this site before I pushed the PAY button.
26th FEB UPDATE/EDIT
My emails have been ignored, I was asking for details of how to return an item. The item in question has no labels for either washing or sizing, it is very poor quality and smells terrible.
My email of the 13th Feb was replied to but it didn;t give details of how to return, only asking what was the reason for return..
Since then I have emailed Feb 13th 21.30 GMT +8 (no reply)
Feb 14th 19.11 GMT+8 (no reply)
Feb 16th 18.59 GMT+8 (no reply)
Feb 16th 19.42 GMT +8 (no reply)
Feb 17th 16.02 GMT +8 (no reply)

My reply was always what ticket, there was no link or attachment to follow..
Seems strange that so many of the reviews on here on saying the same thing, you are not offering a good service... Perhaps you need to up your game?

Took 17 days for my item to arrive which was too late for what I need it for. Now they won’t respond to my messages asking how to return it! Avoid this company at all costs 🤬

Ordered an Italian hoody that I’d been after for a while. Took over 2 weeks to receive the top and once received the hoody I opened it and quality is poor with a stuck on badge as opposed to me thinking it would be embroidered in. I’ve contacted them asking to return the item with a return address and keep receiving an automated email stating they’ll get back to me so let’s see if this happens. In my view it’s companies like this that do themselves no favours and the likes of eBay and Amazon are preferable which is a shame.

I ordered 4 items from this company and the items I received are very poor quality made from substandard materials and take weeks to be delivered. Their clothes are not worth the money and when you ask for a returns address in order to get a refund you just get fobbed off no matter how many times you email the company at serviceatraiseourcolours.com AVOID AT ALL COSTS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! After being fobbed off once to often by a "dedicated" member of staff who takes several days to reply to an email and no meaningful dialogue when I repeatedly asked for a returns address so I decided to put in a chargeback claim through my bank which was successful thankfully

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE IT IS NOT A UK COMPANY.
Delivery takes much longer than they state, quality of item is nothing at all like images show, colours are poor, fabric quality is very thin, stitching on seams is very poor, we don't have to worry about it falling apart in the wash as we certainly won't be wearing the item! Team emblems on chest are printed very badly onto shirt, sleeves (short) do not match.
I would say this item would be useful for dusters, however I have thrown away much better dusters.
Please please do not part with your well earned money on this company and their products.

SCAM. Product not in accordance with advert on the website. States product is cotton, it's cheap plastic material. Dragging their heals to provide return instructions. Don't bother ordering.

I am writing this to warn other consumers: DO NOT buy from Raise Our Colours. Like many others, I fell for their professional-looking Facebook adverts, but the reality is a total waste of money.
The Reality of the Product:
• Shocking Quality: I was charged £22.99 for a T-shirt that is absolute garbage. The material is cheap, thin, and feels like it came from a low-grade mass-production factory in China. It looks nothing like the high-quality garment shown in their photos.
• Unprofessional Packaging: The item arrived shoved into a basic PO bag. For the price they charge, you expect at least a minimum standard of care, but this was clearly a "ship and forget" operation.
• Misleading Shipping: The ad implies a much more local or premium service, but it took around 3 weeks to arrive.
My Lesson:
This is a classic "pop-up" social media brand that uses stolen or highly edited photos to sell sub-standard products at a premium price. I feel like I have thrown my money down the drain.
Save your hard-earned money and avoid this company at all costs. Never again.

Saw Raiseourcolours advert on Face Book and had been looking for a Valentine's present for my partner. Ordered six nations long sleeved shirt which arrived on Tuesday 17th February.
Quality is horrible - synthetic material and printed teams logos (not embroidered).
Do not on any account order from this company. Advert looks great but the product is absolutely dreadful quality - a complete waste of money.
What an absolute disappointment with my order will definitely not be ordering again. They tell you not to put negative comments on social media.Very cheap product and definitely not worth the amount of money the shirts cost DISCUSSED to say the least and they sent an email saying they do not send out free return labels .All I can say is thank you pay pal for getting my full refund after the company only offered my half the amount AVOID AT ALL COST A TOTAL BAG OF XHIT
