Where's my cash?

I have made three withdrawals on easy access accounts. None has been fulfilled yet by Raisin, the first of which is now 8 days overdue.

Aside from the lost interest, I'm now getting concerned. I have sent email enquiries, which remain unanswered.

To clarify, when a withdrawal is requested from an Easy Access account, the funds are first returned to your Raisin UK Transaction Account. They are not transferred directly to your nominated bank account. I have money with this bank

I have money with this bank. I am trying to register online but their system is uselesss useless useless

And it says some of the information I am entering is wrong - it is not. Is this process controlled by nutters?

Two Years of the Raisin Experience

I've been using Raisin for a couple of years now and been impressed by the service. Fast, efficient and really simple to use, the interface and tools have been enhanced recently making it easy to navigate and make my choices for managing my money. The dashboard is clear and uncluttered and lets me manage the administration of the various accounts I have on the platform.

Investing made simple.

I find it so convenient to invest through Raisin as they keep up to date with all types of investments and interest rates. I find it so easy to transfer investment money from my Nominated Account to my Raisin Account to fund an investment of my choice. Yes I would recommend Raisin to anyone wishing to invest their money in a safe place.

Customer service is excellent and matured funds are returned quickly

Customer service is excellent. Phones are answered quickly and any queries I have are resolved.

I have used Raisin for a few years and although I was worried about some banks not being UK based, I went ahead and invested. Matured funds are always returned quickly and I am happy with the service received so far. I have recently invested in a fixed rate bond as, even after paying the tax, it is much better than leaving money in a bank account that is paying a low rate.

Changing nominated account

I found the process of changing my nominated account difficult online, in large part because I was not receiving messages from Raisin into my email account. I therefore telephoned Raisin. The call was answered promptly by Dale, who talked me through the various stages. I consider the process cumbersome and do not understand why the change should take 5 working days but I could not fault Dale's customer care.

Great start as new user.

Just started with Raisin as need to open multiple accounts due to current FSCS £85k guarantee (before this changes to £120k). Could not have been easier with super clear correspondence at every step. (Superb UX/UI and content design). Native app is a bit basic at the moment but main web access is fine. Highly recommend so far with regards to onboarding.
Spread of investments seem as good as competitors like Hargreaves’s etc.

Sort code did not relate to Raisin

Went into my bank with Account number and Sort code to transfer funds into it.
Was informed the Sort code was not Raisin UK but another company and former appears on the FCA register as not authorised.
The bank strongly recommended against transferring funds.

To clarify, Raisin UK is a regulated savings marketplace, and the Raisin UK Transaction Account you receive when registering is provided by our servicing bank, ClearBank, who supply the sort code and account number used to transfer funds in and out of your Raisin UK Account. This means the sort code will correctly appear as belonging to ClearBank rather than Raisin UK directly.

Both Raisin UK and ClearBank are fully authorised and regulated in the UK, and deposits held within the Raisin UK Transaction Account are protected by the FSCS (Financial Services Compensation Scheme) up to the applicable limit. This arrangement is standard for all customers using our platform.

If you would like us to confirm that the account details you provided to your bank are correctly linked to your Raisin UK Account, please contact our Customer Service team.
