Good luck collecting your funds out to an external account. They make it so hard. People work for the company are incompetent; switching my external account (due to closure) was nightmarish. So much of my time was wasted on repeating myself.

I was connected to a customer service representative almost immediately. He was a native English speaker, was very courteous and helpful. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

Representative quite knowledgeable, and was able to answer my question within 60 seconds. Great experience!

I WASN'T LEFT ON HOLD FOR ETERNITY. ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED. THE REP WAS VERY POLITE AND UNDERSTANDABLE...THAT WAS REFRESHING.

Frankly, what made my experience great was the guidance provided by Connor, the man at the end of the help desk. My challenges were all due to my lack of knowledge. The site turns out to be easy to use. Raisin is a service provider between a number of banks and individual customers. Money deposited with Raisin takes 2 business days to get into a bank and another 2 days to withdraw.

I had a frustrating experience with this service. My account was locked after a failed transfer, and I was asked to re-verify my identity. The issue is that they only accept U.S.-based ID documents, and I don’t have a U.S. driver’s license or state ID.
I tried using my passport and visa, but that wasn’t accepted, so I’m now unable to access my account or funds without documents I simply don’t have.
Support was responsive, but the requirements are very restrictive and not clearly flexible for non–U.S. ID holders. I wish this limitation had been made clearer upfront before I signed up and deposited money.
Overall, the platform feels difficult to use if you’re not already fully documented with U.S. identification. It almost feels like I don't have agency over my own money.

The company serves as an effective aggregator of financial information relative to savings and cd accounts- it further serves as a gateway for actually opening accounts when you find a rate/term that you like- recommend this platform

The Raisin platform has enabled me to spread my investments across many banks all under one website. Utilizing a mix of CD’s and high yield savings accounts, I have been able to maximize earnings, while enjoying easy transfers between banks and accounts.

The representative I talked to handled the conversation very well, but Raisin's website is not clear or easy to navigate. I did not know they would be holding my money for a week, for that reason I will be moving my money out of Raisin.

The website was pretty easy to navigate and displayed plenty of products to choose from. I appreciate having the cash account for ease of moving funds around to the different products...thanks for that! I would like to use the mobile app also, but am reluctant to download it as the reviews are so poor. Perhaps you could put some resources into improving that? Regardless, I will continue to use Raisin for my CD investments going forward.
One suggestion: I would like the ability to set up beneficiaries for my whole Raisin account, rather than to have to send a new request in for each individual product I purchase, which in these volatile times I find I must do even more often! I assume it may have to do with the fact that the products could be with different financial institutions, but even if it could be something I could change through the website, rather than having to send a request in would help. Having to reenter all the beneficiary details every time is quite burdensome. Thanks.
