Company is a scam
Company is a scam, ordered and paid for the order but they were not dispatching it. Sent 3 emails, no reply. Then talked to them on their online chat, they said they saw my emails but they would reply by calling me and my phone was off. ???? anyways they said they wanted to make sure before dispatching the order. Finally recieved my order after 2 weeks but 1 item was missing. Again 2-3 emails sent no reply, man this has to be the worst customer service ever.

Absolutely abysmal customer service!
Order placed and paid for [500 euros worth]. Received confirmation email. Two days later, still no delivery information received, despite their claim of next day delivery. Email went unanswered. Managed to get someone named "Manu" on chat. Very unhelpful and discourteous. Did not offer to give contact details of the delivery service for the order. Did not apologize for not sending shipping information.Was completely unconcerned and disinterested about my customer dissatisfaction. 48 hours later, we still don't know when the delivery will arrive and we have no tracking number. And that next day delivery claim? A total joke. Avoid this company! Absolutely the worst!
