Absolute crap. Second year trying to order for my brother in Melbourne and both years have had incomplete orders. Absolute piss poor communication, they haven’t even responded to my emails and communicate so slowly on WhatsApp. Their warehouse is literally an hour away from Melbourne and they don’t even have the decency to fast track courier the missing items - which in this case was the actual rakhi!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I have been using this website to send rakhi for the past few years without any issues. Unfortunately, this year I had a bad experience with them. They claim that they attempted to deliver the rakhi, but couldn't, and are providing excuses such as "entry not permitted" and "customer refused to accept the rakhi." These reasons don't make sense, as the address is in a society without a gate or watchman, and why would anyone refuse to accept a rakhi from their sister? When I tried to reach out to them, they stopped responding. If you plan to send rakhi from this website, be cautious and consider alternatives to avoid losing your money, as I did.
Update: They ended up delivering my rakhi just the day before Raksha Bandhan. I appreciate them for delivering the rakhi; however, they need to work on customer service. Ignoring customers and not providing them with details is not good customer service.

It was easy to order online. Order reached on time. Customer service helped on Whatsapp when a small issue occurred surrounding the delivery.

I had ordered a Rakhi with sweets and chocolates. It delivered in time. Then I placed 8 orders for different countries for my cousins and all orders were delivered accurately. Same product was delivered which I had selected. I got mails n updates of my orders. Customer support is also very humble n helpful. It's a good experience

For my bhaiya bhabhi anniversary I booked a cake with rakhi.com. I forgot to add a delivery date but their sincere customer care team first texted me and then called me to confirm the delivery date. I liked their quick service. They offer free shipping this is what I like most. Overall a good experience and a recommendable website

Don't enter your email ever when you are ordering your rakhis. I have unsubscribed a few times and even sent them a couple of emails to take my email off their e-marketing. They never reply to you and don't even care about your country's e-marketing laws. Used them once, never again.

Worst Experience. Ordered Rakhi on 5th August to be shipped from USA to USA. The item has not arrived yet & neither they have provided legitimate tracking details to track the order. So disappointed 😔

worst site...They are not Sharing Proper tracking Link so we dont know the status for our parcel, Moreover they donot respond to mails if we need help..

Very bad delivery service

I’ve been a regular with Rakhi.com for last 3 years and regularly Send Rakhi to Sydney from Gujarat each year from them but for the first time ordered a rakhi combo box. Great service. The product was delivered within a day and the items were as described. Thank you Rakhi.com for your prompt service.

They have excellent service. I wrote the shipping address in the sender's address by mistake. As a result, the rakhi was delivered to me. Even after the mistake, they sent the rakhi on time to my brother.

Very bad experience.they have delivered completely different item to what I ordered.Iam completely disappointed and I have written a message for a greeting but there is no message and different thali got delivered.I have ordered Krishna Rakhi for kid but they received a ludo Rakhi.none of them reply on whatsup and I only get computer generated messages.

I would like to Rate this site all 5 star because of a reason behind what happened was it was my nieces First rakhi Coming for my son and my brother sent it on the wrong address do anyhow I could not get it I reached out to Rakesh from rakhi . Com and he updated address and asked me to check with AU post when I called them they said it sent back to the sender because of the wrong address. I called him back and told him the story then without saying yes no he said that rakhi will take ages to come back and we will send new for you tell me the correct address and today I received the rakhi thanks you Rakesh and the whole team you understood the feelings. You guys are doing a great. Happy Rakhi to everyone
