This is my first time using a proxy service and the experience is great. things are easy to buy with a clear overview of what you have in the warehouse, on its way to the warehouse or on its way to you. Received one package so far and it was in perfect condition. (　＾ω＾)

A very good experience, this is one of the best app I've ever used in my life, especially when it comes to customer service, they have a WhatsApp group where all Rakufun users can exchange and ask questions with the admin. I highly recommend.

Rakufun is actually the first app that I'd say is the best when it comes to proxy services. I've tried using Japanese proxies multiple times, but they only gave me hustle and shopping was more problematic given that I need to pay many fees. It is Rakufun that truly made it all change, not only do they give you discounts, they also have points that you can earn thru their mini games on WhatsApp. They have a kind community and their customer service always helped me with my troubles. Event discounts are present too! Like Halloween (they gave me free stickers on my order), Christmas, and many more!

Great service overall

I had an awful experience with Leyifan/Rakufun. They removed my box without my permission, and there was no option to keep my boxes unchanged. It’s ridiculous that customers can’t control their own packages! I trusted them to handle my shipment properly, but they went ahead and changed things on their own.

I really like this service, the customer service is really fast & kind and they are definitely the fastest and cheapest service ive used

Honestly if you want to buy from Japan it allows you to buy from mecari and many MANY other Japanese stores including Amazon Japan plus the auto translate feature is so useful I'm so happy I got this app recommend <3
