Great app and fast response to paying my rewards into my account

Very easy app to use , have to remember to open the app in the Rakuten app, do your shopping a few days later was informed of my discount and it was paid to me on their due date, so easy

Payment was received on time and in full. Everything was fine and worked well.

Money came through without any problems and I was notified. Fantastic service.

If you use the add-on to your browser it flags when you can make cashback; this is brilliant as every month I end up getting extra money into my account.

Never thought this could be for real, but I have made money buying things I would have bought anyway just by making an extra click or too!

I was introduced to Rakuten by a friend and activated a purchase costing £60 of Tassimo coffee through the Rakuten link to Tassimo.
I was then supposed to get a £25 intro bonus as was my friend for introducing me and my first purchase was over £50. This has not been paid to me due to Tassimo appearing not to verify the purchase. I have sent confirmation statements to Rakuten showing my payment on my credit card and also the Tassimo purchase invoice and numerous emails to the Customer Support Team. Negative response on every occasion when they do reply. The irony is that my friend who introduced me has been paid her £25. Utterly disgusted at this Company and will not use them again.

The response received in the Trustpilot comments from Rakuten omits to acknowledge that the Intro Bonus to my friend who introduced me actually shows" my email" as the reason her intro bonus was paid. This has been fully explained to Rakuten with evidence submitted but who simply generate an A1 reply, as if a real person checking what I have commented on and submitted. My one star assessment stands and even now progress has not been made in me gettIng what I am due.

Not very happy.
Sainsbury's cashback is not working. From Sport Direct, I received 56 pence once in less than 2 weeks; the second time is pending from June. Etsy is not working, even though I have an extension and I always use it.
It's a bit frustrating and not correct to waste my time trying to solve an issue that is not supposed to be.
I haven't said I have contacted customer service; other reviewers are saying, and looking at their experience, it's believable. I said that; I don't want to waste my time.

It honestly works. It is an honest way to win and get advantages! I use it always and as much as I can! I wish they would do a few more promotions from time to time...

So easy to use, and the benefits are great, you're shopping anyway to get cash back is a bonus.

To my surprise Rakuten actually works. You use their website, click on their partner offers, buy your item as you usually would & boom, you receive cashback soon after.
Hasn't failed me yet, so I'm very pleased!

Love using Rakuten. Receiving money for purchasing goods can't be bad.....💯💋

The app is fantastic and getting cash back is good.
