Great service.
I ordered a Britta Teckentrup print, after being diverted from her site. There was a wide choice of frames available and the site was easy to use.
Considering there was glass involved, it was securely packed.
Even with Brexit bureaucracy and customs, item was delivered exceptionally fast.
Great service altogether.

Disappointing
I’m afraid delivery was late and missed the occasion for which items were ordered. Whilst the post office was partly responsible for the delay, when I raised this with Ralph and James via email, I was left feeling disbelieved and patronised. I recommend that your customer service agents don’t use the expression ‘for the absence of doubt ‘.

Loved the prints
