Like most everyone else, I ordered a gift for my wife well before Christmas and as I write this on 01/02/20, I still have received nothing but the runaround! This company is highly suspicious. I have learned my lesson and will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Sad that you can't trust people to run a reputable business.
UPDATE: I finally received the item today-1/16/2020! As others have said, it is very cheaply made and does not look like the photo and description. I will NEVER purchase anything from this “company” again!

I ordered 3 items(2 bags and a wallet) on 11/8/19 and have sent 3 e-mails to have the order canceled due to their apparent inability to fill the order. After the first e-mail the wallet arrived (from China). A month after I placed the order I e-maimed again. I actually received a response to that e-mail with a tracking number and was told the order was on its way. When the package arrived(from China) it only contained one of the bags. E-mailed yet a third time to cancel the order and received a very short answer stating my order is on its way. I’m still waiting for the tracking number I requested. Additionally, the bag I did receive has a very cheap zipper which has already started to separate. Don’t order from this company.

Did not deliver the purchase, excuses were first a customs delay and then the USPS did not deliver and wasn't answering their calls. Scam

This company is a total sham and sites allowing them to advertise should also be held accountable.

This bag looks much nicer in the ads. The quality of the Khalia bag was not what I expected. It felt cheap, and the zippers are plastic. I was going to give it as a gift until I saw the inside zipper was centered and not zipped on either side. When I reached in the pocket, the lining was not sewn shut. So, I wrote to the company owner and sent photos. She told me sorry, that my 14 day warranty had expired. I received a code to get 35 percent off my next purchase. Well, I will not be purchasing from this company again. What about standing behind your product!

Still waiting for the item I purchased… It’s been over a month since I bought it. Definitely puts me in a position of not wanting to buy online from companies I’m not familiar with ever again.They pretend to be in the United States but it all comes from China.

I have been scammed also. I will be disputing the charge on my Credit card and I recommend anyone else who has been ripped off by this company to do the same. Most Banks and C/U's are very helpful to initiate the process. CROOKS. Very disappointing.

Scam company. Like everyone else’s, my order, placed many weeks ago, never arrived, and I can’t get the company to give me a refund. I’ll never order from this company, nor any company via Facebook, again.

I ordered two bags for Christmas gifts. They arrived over two weeks later than promised making them useless as gifts. I emailed from the beginning with NO answer until I finally said I was pursuing small claims.

Now I plan to return. Wonder if I will ever get my refund.

This company is a scam! I ordered a purse 3 months ago and still have not received it. They blamed our political climate for the delay. I've asked for a refund several times with no luck. Don't be fooled by there nicely designed website. This is a total scam!

This is the worst on-line order experience I have ever had. I ordered an item from this company well over a month ago. They keep sending me the same order tracking number which has said for the last two weeks that the order has not shipped yet. I've asked to cancel the order for a full refund via email because there is no way to contact them. They keep saying the order is in its way. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN, AND YOU SHOULDNT EITHER.

Placed an order almost a month ago. Said it shipped, but it should have arrived a week ago. You can't actually track it. You can't call them. It's coming from China and is probably crap. Should have read reviews on the company first. Shame on me.

Horrible horrible product! The bag is made in some factory in rural China. It took over a month to be sent to Hong Kong which is right next door! The bag has a big label on the front that says “Jinqiaoer” - Some arbitrary China name. They don’t even have the courtesy to put their own Ralphany Brand on it. DO NOT order from them!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I ordered the bag over a month ago. No response to emails asking where the bag is. Now I'm going to get PayPal involved to get my money back. Do NOT order from this company.

I ordered a Savannah convertible bag a month ago, which turned up today. Although my purchase confirmation said I'd get an email when it was sent out, I didn't, so was starting to assume it was a scam site. However, I have received what I bought. It smells terrible - I'll need to wash it and air it before I can use it. The materials themselves (canvas outer and nylon inner) don't seem bad, but time will tell. The smaller pocket on the front has not had the base sewn shut, so anything put in there will disappear into the bag lining somewhere. I'm not going to bother to return it, but I won't get another bag from them.

Ordered over a month ago. Reached out multiple times for an update and haven’t received anything in response. Trying to cancel the order and get my money back through my bank, fingers crossed this even works. Obviously this place must be a scam. Don’t order through them!

My experience is the same as other one stars. I ordered the bag on Nov. 2 and it's now mid-December and nothing. Their tracking numbers don't help. I got answers saying to be patient until I asked for my refund. Now they are not answering. I will update this if I ever get my refund.
