Poor quality items and dreadful customer service. Ordered a dining set for the garden, by the next summer the rattan has all snapped. I have emailed so many times even asking to purchase a new part to the sofa and they never responded. Such a shame, will be reporting to trading standards.

Having ordered a Pergola, it took weeks to arrive following days of chasing. Once arrived I noticed the canopy was poor quality/faulty (also had a missing part) When I contacted them directly via mobile , online chat & email numerous times. I was told a replacement would be sent the following week (never arrived) & so chased each week for over a month (again via online chat & email) to get no response what’s so ever……poor quality product & even poorer customer service. Avoid at all costs & shop elsewhere !
Very pleased with my purchase I ordered my Rattan day bed on 26th July and it was delivered on 28th. Website very easy for ordering and amazed at such a speedy delivery.
Initially was a bit annoyed with Ramoche as they had said I'd have the Pergoda dispatched within 4 days. I contacted them by email and they replied swiftly with an apology and an acceptable explanation as to why the delay. Within 3 days I had a further notice telling me of time and date of delivery and this was adhered too and am happy now.
Ordered a day bed and pergola. It arrived quickly and relatively intact. The quality was poor though. Bad welds over bolt holes, poor tolerances for lining up bolts and fraying on the furniture itself. Took a fair bit of time and effort to build. Haven’t done the pergola yet.. I’m not optimistic after having to drill and retap the threads on the day bed and replace a lot of the cheap bolts with my own.
