I bought this ramp as my cavoodle pup was jumping on and off the sofa and I didn’t want him to damage his knees. He got the hang of it really quickly and now uses it all the time! It’s a perfect height for my sofa and doesn’t take up a lot of space. Ramp Champ dispatched the item very quicky. Would definitely revommend.

RampChamp missing ramp carry bag fixed :)
RampChamp fixed the problem of the missing free carry bag on my original purchase for the 1800mm Heeve Aluminium Single-Fold Super-Grip Wheelchair Ramp.
I contacted them about the problem and they replied with apologies and that they would send one to me.
True to their word, they did.

The manufacture detail of the ramp is a perfect fit for my vehicle and provides a more dog-friendly slope for access/egress due to the extended length and width when compared to other types of ramps.

Fair service
The process of purchasing was great. Got the best price available and they were very accommodating. Picking it up however was a little trying I must say. I called the number provided and was told to wait in the car park. After half an hour of no help some employees from the transport company (designated pick up point) asked if I needed help and they knew nothing about it. Eventually my ramp came out but prior to that I was concerned I may have been ripped off. Some patience will be required if you pick it up in Melbourne.

2700 mm Ramp Champ folding wheelchair ramp
Purchased a 2700 mm Ramp Champ folding wheelchair ramp. Only the 3000 mm version with support legs at fold-hinges and four connecting pins for each ramp-half was shown on website. The 2700 mm version has no support legs with two connecting pins only on bottom section. Top section is weak at middle in centre. Under-engineered and not fit for purpose. Two phone-answering personnel from Rampchamp refused to allow me to speak with a representative who might have a skill level above “selling widgets”. Will never purchase from this slick-sales company again. I have had a long career in manufacturing and mechanical design, but my wife had a recent knee reconstruction so I decided to buy a ready made ramp for our front steps rather than build my own, as I am currently time-poor as a full-time carer. Big mistake dealing with Ramp Champ.
As a follow up, Ramp Champ contacted me and have offered to supply two additional connection hinges, which will strengthen the top section. I will fit them when they arrive.
