I cannot recommend this service based…

I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

I initiated a swap that quoted approximately 138,775,272 PLSX. The final amount delivered was approximately 122,043,656 PLSX, a difference of about 12.06%.

My concern is not that market conditions can change. I understand that slippage exists in cryptocurrency markets. My concern is how this transaction was handled and explained.

During my discussions with support, I was informed that:

* The transaction was manually held because the slippage was considered too high.
* The initial slippage was approximately 15%.
* The slippage later improved to approximately 11%.
* The transaction was eventually executed because they could not continue holding it indefinitely.

What I find unacceptable is that the transaction was held for more than 24 hours, yet it was still executed at approximately 11% slippage, resulting in a final amount approximately 12.06% below the quoted amount.

Support initially suggested they were waiting for significantly better execution conditions. However, the final execution still occurred with a substantial difference from the original quote.

Throughout the process I repeatedly requested the following:

* The exact execution calculation.
* The execution-time exchange rate.
* A clear explanation of how the quoted amount became the delivered amount.
* The decision process that led to execution despite the high slippage.

Although logs and technical information were provided, I never received a simple, transparent explanation that justified the final outcome in a way that made sense to me as a customer.

The most concerning part was not the loss itself, but the lack of clear communication and accountability. Explanations shifted over time, and operational reasons such as ticket volume, audit concerns, and internal processes were discussed instead of directly addressing why the execution proceeded under those conditions.

In the end, the transaction was executed at a result that was significantly worse than the original quote, and I was left without a satisfactory explanation as to why that outcome was acceptable.

For anyone considering this service, I would strongly recommend understanding their slippage policies, execution procedures, cancellation options, and customer support processes before using them.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform.
