We recently had our windows replaced by Goatleys and couldn’t recommend them more highly! Nothing was too much trouble even when we changed our minds several times! Everyone from the office staff to surveyor to fitters were polite, efficient and punctual. In fact I cannot praise the fitters more highly, they were brilliant. In short, if you need windows or doors use these guys!

We had all the windows in the house replaced along with dormer cladding etc, and they did a great job - quality products installed efficiently with attention to detail. Fitters were lovely, accommodated us working from home while they were doing the fitting, and resolved a couple of minor issues without fuss. Would definitely use them again.

Fitters were punctual, polite and efficient. Carried out the work with great attention to detail and left my home spotlessly clean.

From first visit and subsequent quote, for a new back door and kitchen window, very professional and helpful. Fitters, Joe and Brad, were excellent. Likeable people with skillset to match. The quality of the work was first class and so glad we took a family recommendation and used Goatley's. The door and window looks first class and I would not hesitate to use them again, and of course recommend them. We had our conservatory remodeled, and as Goatleys built our existing one 25 years ago, we decided they were the go to firm. Over the years we have employed Goatleys on other tasks windows etc, and I’m glad to say nothing has changed. Good workmanship, reliable, and clean working practices and very approachable.

What a brilliant experience with R&D Goatley. The door is wonderful and the tradesmanship was brilliant. It was not an easy ask as brick work had to be removed to get what we wanted. The new door and side windows had made such a huge difference to our house.

A beautiful door and newly designed side window with leaded lights to exactly match the front windows of my property were fitted efficiently with minimum disruption to me. I am delighted with the result not least that the entrance porch is warmer and brighter as the inside of the door is white whereas before it was a dark wood colour.

This is the third time we’ve used RD Goatley Ltd.
In the 1990s we had 3 windows and a door installed, in the 2000s a window and two doors installed. This time round it was a much bigger job…7 windows, 2 doors, soffits, fascia and guttering. Each time RD Goatley has done a superb job.
From the initial planning and site visit with Jordan, dealing with David the Surveyor, discussions with Trini and others in the main office to place the order, up to the installation by Shane, Harrison and others…a positive, professional, friendly experience (Trini deserves a medal dealing with my indecisiveness on planning the bespoke back door)!

R&D Goatley installed a new front door and side windows unit in our new house and did a great job. This is the second time in 4 years we've purchased from them. They installed 2 doors in our last house. The end result workmanship has been excellent and most notably, their customer service is the best I've ever experienced. Jordan and the team clearly value their customers and go to lengths to ensure customer satisfaction and best quality work. We are very happy and we will use them again for sure when we get our windows replaced at some point.

I had a great experience with R&D Goatley. Good communication and they went out of their way to accommodate my requirements. The fitters were helpful and left the flat neat and tidy. The new windows are lovely.

We are delighted with our new windows, they have transformed the look of our house. All the works (windows, facias & soffits) ran to schedule, despite a couple of issues which were rectified speedily and without quibble.

The fitters carried out all the work in and clean and tidy manner and were conscientious throughout.

The entire Goatley family team are great. They were all very patient and helpful during the whole selection process to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. The installation went smoothly and professionally with no mess and a quick follow-up to ensure everything was satisfactory.

We were told that the doors might need adjustment after a year's bedding in, but so far they are continuing to work perfectly and nothing has been needed - and that's after three years!

Everything works beautifully and our neighbours also chose Goatley on the strength of our experience and have been equally delighted.

Being a review written many months after installation, you have the assurance of knowing the products and work stand up well and that these are not words written in the first flush of installation.
