Cafe K Randers - Good food, lovely and cozy venue, however, a bit chaotic
Summary:
We went there with my wife and her family to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We were asked to order the brunch a head of time to accommodate for the pressure on the staff during that rush hour period. First impressions are amazing, great venue, staff treated us with a smile. We were placed at our table to await the arrival of the remaining company, who arrived shortly after us. 20 to 30 minutes after we arrived no one had come to welcome us or take our drinks nor ask us to order. We called for someone to come take our drinks order, and they asked us to order the food as well, to which we replied we already sent the order ahead of time as per their request. But they apparently lost the email or couldn’t find it and asked us to order again. 40 mins later no drinks and no food had arrived, and we started to become a bit impatient and started looking for someone to serve us our drinks as we were getting thirsty.
The food and drinks were good, but we were still quite frustrated as we had ordered coffee with free refills and we had to ask three times for refills before they brought it to our table, after we had already finished our food.
Over all experience is a bit frustrating.
