I received a defective vape and they send me another one as compensation, the customer service is perfect 10/10! I will continue to buy from them.

So I purchased the FUMOT TORNADO VAPE 35000 (peachy mango pineapple).

Flavour: Great, good level of intensity. I had no issues whatsoever.
Battery: the battery charges very very fast. In 5 minutes it was already at 40%. BUT it also runs out of battery quickly!
Puffs: The company claims 30000 puffs but according to my calculations that is NOT true. The vape lasted me 7 days. I was expecting 20 days at the least. I picked this specific product, thinking it would last longer but it didn't. This was disappointing.
Nicotine: the nicotine level is at 2%. For me this was perfect.
Portability: Fine with me. the product is the size of my palm.
Shipping: shipping was terrible.

Please recycle these products properly as they're very harmful for the environment if randomly discarded.

Update: I have made a second purchase of their vapes (Fumot Tornado Vape 25000 Dr. Blue & Fumot Tornado Vape 20000 Peach Pineapple Orange).
The vapes last a very short period of time given the description of their puff count.
Overpriced as well.
They use the excuse of the customer inhaling big puffs, but that's just an excuse.
Their way of showing usage are limited & unreliable. It does NOT match!
The Fumot Tornado Vape 25000 has a seconds count of the length of each puff, at least.
Also If the package does not reach you or reaches you late, they will not reimburse you the money.
For my second and last order, I paid €15 for shipping and it arrived 5 days later than scheduled. I had to cancel plans three times to be able to receive the package that came the third time. I asked for my shipping costs to be reimbursed but they only said 'sorry'. They don't want to return my money. Now they think they can bribe me with 20% discounts. I said 'you can't bribe me, be honest return me my shipping costs'. They replied with a laughing emoji. I have all the evidence.

Very good quality and fast shipping

Completely dissatisfied. I placed an order on August 8, 2025. On August 14, 2025, I contacted customer service to report that the UPS tracking number still showed the package hadn't been delivered to them. On August 18, 2025, I received a response from customer service stating that the package was likely lost and that they would resend the order. I received a new tracking number where everything seemed to be working normally. On August 20, 2025, around 11:20 AM, I checked the status, and it said my package was delivered at 11:03 AM. I checked the mailbox—NOTHING. No doorbell, no message in the mailbox, not even a camera notification that someone had been at the door. That same day, at 11:32 AM, I returned and emailed customer service to report this and ask what would happen next. Now, August 22, 2025, 9:44 AM, and still no response. The service I was so satisfied with in the beginning is now completely gone because with the previous order there was also an issue with the free vapes.

Each of my orders is processed very quickly. The goods themselves also meet my expectations. I am very satisfied with the implementation of each order.
