Randstad is chronically one month late in the payments of their external expert invoices blaming the back-office system inefficiency. The partners are not responsive either but let the problems to escalate on the customer side. The company obviously suffers from the cash flow problem. Randstad Belgium is considered as a very harmful middle man in any contract. Be aware!!
According to my network and my own experience with Randstad Belgium - Ausy is a body-shopper, the service provider, who does not respect the supplier contracts. During the 2 years of 'cooperation', our supplier invoices have been constantly very late (for weeks and months, despite of all the promises of improvement of their processes); they need 6-8 weeks to process your hour report and invoice, instead contractual 4 weeks! This is very upsetting to the professionals and experts, who do the actual work and expect the punctual payments. As the conclusion - to be avoided - you may need to escalate to your end customer, who should be worried about their own reputation when dealing with Randstad
