We cannot reccommend this Company highly enough! After receiving ridiculous quotes from other companies for our bespoke sash windows that we needed to satisfy Listed Building Consent, we came across Ranebrook. We dealt with Zina from start to finish. She was so informative and gave us the detailed specs and quotes within a super fast time frame. The windows and doors arrived on Thursday from a guy who works for Ranebrook fitting the windows and spent time with my husband who is fitting them to explain how to fit them properly and let him take videos of how to tie the knots for the weights. This was despite the fact he had already travelled 330 miles to deliver them! What an amazing Company, with amazing and friendly staff and the windows look amazing - we ordered them pre-painted and they are awesome! We have more windows and doors that we need so we will be using them again. Thank you to the whole Ranebrook Team!

Ranebrook came recommended by a neighbour, so I had been able to see for myself how good the windows would be before I placed the order.

Julija patiently worked with me on the quote and specifications for 7 timber sash and 5 uPVC windows while I secured planning permission.

The windows were ready much sooner than expected, which coincided with a planned trip. Based upon my positive experience to date and that of my neighbours, I left Romas and his team to install the windows while I was away.

I couldn’t be happier - the windows are fantastic. The installation went smoothly and the walls have been repainted around each window. The team even removed and re-installed the plantation shutters. You would never know that such a huge job had been carried out,

The house was spotless. Every room had been completely covered in plastic sheeting to minimise the inevitable dust.

I am very pleased with the outcome. Romas was a pleasure to deal with and kept me updated while I was away. Highly recommended.

Zina, in the office, is charming and efficient. The surveyor took particular care to ensure the replacement windows matched the old. The windows arrived on time. The installation team took exceptional precautions to protect carpets and furnishings. Everything was made good before finishing. The supervisor was very helpful. The team were courteous and polite. The windows are very high quality.

Extremely quick to respond with initial and updated designs for my 3 SASH windows. The diagrams themselves were very comprehensive and easy to understand. And finally very good verbal and email correspondence with the team at Ranebrook. The windows also arrived ahead of time by 3 weeks.

A fantastic company from start to finish, great commucation from Zina from first email/Phone call to the last, hardwood flush casement Windows are of the highest quality, paint finish is amazing and delivery was 10/10, no damage at all, excellantly protected during travel, just a pleasure to work with overall-12/10

We have had Romas and his team for the last week fitting six sash windows and a huge double door.
They have done a really nice job blending the new work into the existing decorations, making little mess and endlessly clearing up. All done with good humour.

We have had the best experience with our 4 window project from Ranebrook. The fitting team led by Romas were incredible, they took so much care of our property making sure everything was covered and left clean. The attention to detail on the windows was great even when they had quite challenging spaces to work with, we were so impressed with all the details and the re paint around the windows. Zina was also great with communications in the run up and helping us decide on the finished product and what we needed. We are so pleased with this service and would highly recommend.

An excellent job done professionally and with care. Not only did the team ensure all my floors and furniture were covered, but they also covered the carpet in the shared entrance hall and stairs leading to my flat and other residents in the house ( and hoovered afterwards). I’m delighted with the result.

It’s the second time I have approached Ranebook to install new windows. Last year Vytas and his team installed new -bi-fold balcony door, earlier this month they have replaced three old timber single glazed windows with new ones. On both occasions work has been completed to an excellent standard and I couldn’t be happier. Great work from start to finish with great quality and reasonable pricing! I particularly want to applaud their skills and craftsmanship, which was evident from the point when they came to take measurements up to the completion. Vytas spent an hour carefully measuring and noting all the details, which meant that new windows were perfectly fitting and resulting in a very smooth and efficient installation. Finally, special thanks to Zina who was always willing to answer my questions, go through technical bits in a plain language and provide me with clear and accurate timelines. Overall, highly recommended and thanks for great work!

Really pleased with the window. It was really good quality and a great saving on other suppliers. The fittings are excellent quality and it only needed a tiny adjustment to ensure an excellent fit. Help I received to be sure it was right was great and I went to collect it and that all went smoothly too.
