I was initially sceptical about an offshore (we are in NZ) firm with a very affordable price structure takin on something as business critical as my SEO. But my concerns were unfounded. The quality and speed of service has been exemplary. Well-crafted content, knowledgeable team, just onto it all the time. I recommend these guys 100%. For context, we are in the micromobility space, a physical shop and an online presence.

I had a thoroughly disappointing experience with Ranked AI, an SEO company that promised exceptional results but failed to deliver on every front. They claimed to use human writers for crafting content, but it was evident that the content I received was purely AI-generated, lacking the quality and engagement of human-created work.

Despite their assurances of improving my website's SEO, not a single backlink was provided after three or even four months of waiting. It felt like they had vanished into thin air. Additionally, they neglected to address basic technical SEO issues and skipped essential on-page optimizations, such as heading tags. It was clear that they were merely going through the motions without any genuine effort.

My frustration grew to the point where I canceled my subscription after four months, feeling that I had wasted both time and money. I initially discovered Ranked AI through this platform, which is why I feel compelled to share my story. I want to warn others to be cautious when considering SEO companies and urge you to reevaluate Ranked AI's practices. Your audience deserves better, and I hope no one else has to experience the disappointment I did.

I used the Ranked white label service for a few clients in the last 12 months. Regretfully, compared to the many happy customers that have left reviews here, I didn't have the best experience for various reasons.

Having posted my initial review here, Harry, the CEO & Founder of Ranked was straight back to me to ask if there was anything he could do and to find out what had happened.

This is rare in what is a cut-throat industry and I was impressed that he took the time to reach out so quickly to see what he could do to help.

I discussed the problems I'd experienced with him which he appeared genuinely grateful to understand and promised to take the feedback and use it to help the team learn from it and put processes in place to avoid it in future.

Harry & I came to a mutual agreement on a way forward which demonstrated his integrity and pride in his brand.

While my experience may not have initially been great, I have no doubts that the aims and intentions of the company are genuine, and it's great to see a CEO take such a hands on approach to customer service. Good on you Harry and thank you!

It has been great working with Ranked. I have had no issues and the work is just seamless. Any changes I ask for are updated quickly and I am constantly being updated on the work being done

We used ranked roughly for about 4-5 months late 2023 going into 2024.
I own an SEO agency currently with 67 SEO clients... (some is with is now for 5-6 years).
I wanted to trial Ranked to see if they can help lift our workload (instead of hiring more staff). We had about 3 clients with Ranked (2 of those clients has since left us)

Their content distribution is great (although some clients did say they think it is AI written content.. now nothing wrong with AI content, we also use AI for content... but Ranked sells theirs as Human Written), I can neither confirm or deny this

I started questioning Ranked when some of my clients started questioning optimization / technical SEO ... as I couldn't provide proof that any of the sites were optimized. Ranked were supposed to do this

Long story short we saw pretty much no movement in Rankings even after 3 months... (note.. with 80% of our own clients, we show SERP movements... in under 2 months).. with Ranked, it was as if nothing happens... I had clients yelling at me over Zoom because they couldn't see any optimizations being done so they believed we BS'd them... (MULTIPLE clients complained that "we" didn't optimize their website as part of our SLA)

So my opinion, just stay away from them (I then also started doing some research and found similar complaints online, should've done this before I started with them)

Since we left I can show our new clients coming, rankings jumped, clients are happy.. I went back to just doing everything in-house!

The team was responsive and always delivered the scope of work. Ownership was willing to work with us to deliver content that met our workflow.

Ranked.ai is the best SEO provider for blog writing and on-page keyword strategy and execution. The team is professional, enthusiastic and writes for ANY niche brilliantly. Their weekly articles are so good that they rarely need any editing but the client. If you're looking for someone to white-label your SEO services, Ranked.ai is the best!

By contract I didn't mean a long term contract, happy for you to look up the definition of a contract online. And I have provided a copy of monthly invoices to Trustpilot, and yes I agree it is a shady industry because it has participants like you in it.

And "innovating and delivering businesses a better SEO experience'? I am sure you have copied this from someone else because you surely don't know how basic SEO is done, leave aside innovation.
