I have asked them to delete my data and…
I have asked them to delete my data and close my account continuously and they do not do it. They are charging me after my trial even though the access to any of the features was closed at the end of the trial. My account was deactivated and I did not use anything beyond the date.

Excellent Customer Service
I had a great deal of difficulty getting Google to recognise my address which meant that, for a while, it looked as though I wouldn't be able to use rankingCoach to optimise my online presence.
However, I contacted Emily at rankingCoach help and she managed to sort everything out for me! Well happy with the service and well happy with the product!

I do recommend it but I gave it three…
I do recommend it but I gave it three stars because the videos are a little out dated. I did get some back links that they recommended and that alone was worth the 60 dollars for one month. I will be moving on though to different seo companies that are more advanced. But it is worth it for a month or two.

I just subscribed two days ago
I just subscribed two days ago. Mind you today I’m still in my seven day trial. They decided to add me to a yearly subscription which I am not an agreeable with. I try to speak with the person is on a chat because to resolve the issue I told him that I don’t mind doing $60 per month to see exactly how their services work. Mind you I am not halfway done setting up the account you have over 100 and something steps to even be done. I tried to even call the phone number is dead I provided they will deactivate the number R block you from calling to straighten out the matter

I didnt mind pay for there service I do mind them charging my credit card $60.00 than advertise the wrong information here my last discussion with the team member john stating he would request a refund no refund and nothing resolved if I could give negative star I would watch out for this company

I will ask for a refund for your account, since you want to dispute the payment. I will also still check with our team on the error you shared with me.
As for your Google being suspended, I am not sure on this. If we created the listing for you, I will check as well. As normally Google only suspends it if the listing violates their T and C.
I will let you know the process on the refund.

Thought they were terrible to start with but they are brilliant now.
I got a subscription from them and they did charged me £60 before my trial had ended so I canceled that subscription and got a cheaper one which they immediately charged me for as well without waiting for the other one to run out.
UPDATE: They have now fully refunded me and apologized for it. They are actually a great company. They will refund you if you ask them. Thanks Ranking Coach
