My only hesitation in endorsing Ranking…
My only hesitation in endorsing Ranking Coach is that I don't want anyone else to know about this amazing tool! The instructions have been easy to follow, and I like that the site often verifies that I have done everything correctly before I move on.
This has really helped to unravel some of the mysteries around SEO for me. Much better than any conference I have attended because I can learn and put the plan into action at the same time.

AVOID !!. Waste OF TIME AND MONEY
AVOID !!! I am cancelling my PayPal authorisation and will refuse to pay as they do not deliver what they promise 7 months and my google site still shows not connected. Looking at site performance is a waste of time as at present they claim my web is blacklisted on google !!!! I am on a 2nd page and not blacklisted, also event sharing doesn't work. 2 emails sent and no reply. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with rankingCoach. I looked into your account and identified the problem with your Google my Business account (you can't add us as account manager). It's a bug that we will fix at very short notice, probably on Monday.
Regarding the second topic you mentioned, that you are blacklisted on Google, i cannot see any kind of information like this in your account, when did you encounter this?
The best option is to contact us is the in-app chat support button. We take customer issues serious and are working every day on improving the customer experience and in fixing issues.

Don't waste your time. The info was not specific or relevant to my brand or website and wasted about 20 minutes trying to find the "cancel trial" button. Genuine rip off, targetting people who have no idea how to run SEO and confusing them with too much complex, irrelevant info. There are much better tools available than this.

I absolutely love Ranking Coach.
Its structured, step by step approach is brilliant. There are videos and help text for every task so it's almost impossible to get lost. And it is the first SEO program I've come across that demystifies and simplifies the dark world of this most vital part of website management.
After years of paying experts to do the job for me Ranking Coach has allowed me to do the work myself. After 18 months languishing on page 2 of an organic search I decided Ranking Coach was worth a try. Only two weeks after completing all the local directory tasks we've see our first significant improvement in organic rankings in years.

Doesn't deliver its claims
Though the coaches are helpful, the wait time is long for replies. The backend gets stuck on errors that can only be fixed by the rankingcoach staff and yes, they apologize but this is a constant issue. The reports are vague at best. It's a beta quality service at inflated pro prices. Doesn't deliver what it promises.

RIP- OFF they did nothing for my brand and still you have to pay! Be careful!
Be aware they won't rest till you sign for the "free trial" and, of course, won't remind you about the end of it. They could not care less about to be useful for their customers. Still, they'll trick you with their terms and conditions. Another gyp that doesn't worth a dollar and they charge 30 per month. Very disappointed.

I used the free trial and cancelled the paypal subscription payment (As these types of companies thrive on people forgetting to cancel and continue to take money, as we can all see from past reviews) as I didn't want to continue with the service. I am now receiving threatening emails from the Customer Success Manager (not allowed to mention a name, as Ranking Coach have previously reported this review), telling me to pay for the subscription or I will be charged penalty fees.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour! It is a free trial so people can see if they like your service and want to continue with it. How dare you threaten people with your awful tactics like you're some kind of gangster?
Terrible company and I will be telling everyone about you online.

I’m disappointed, and they won’t give me my money back
I’m disappointed. I signed up for the trial and now I’m locked into a 12 mo contract. Maybe I was confused as to what the “free trial” was and it wasn’t clear that I was entering a contract without the ability to cancel. I just don’t know how this software is going to help my business. I tried to sync up business descriptions then it changes a personal description of my company on Facebook and I had to go back and change it to my more personal introduction. Seems like it caused more work for me. Very disappointed and I want my money back.

Wow. I've not seen anything like this. SEO has always been a mystery and to be honest a bit of a chore. Ranking Coach makes the task meaningful and enjoyable.
It analyses you site, the competition and your SEO position nationally and locally and prompts you with tasks that improve your find-ability. I have it turned on ALL the time, as SEO is like watering the plants. You have to constantly keep doing it. Ranking Coach just helps you along. I'm also impressed with the webinar advice and the knowledge the host had. I left with a good feeling and plenty to do. Ranking Coach is an outstanding tool for any business that wants to improve its page rankings.
